Objective:Through the analysis of Lingchuan County food production enterprises in the industry distribution situation, production situation and product safety and health status, to provide protection for people's health and safety, promote the regional economic development of the enterprise, to provide the basis for the grass-roots administrative law enforcement organs of food safety supervision. Method: According to the content of GMP, the environment of 82 food production enterprises in Lingchuan county were investigated. For the year 2015, city and county three county of Lingchuan meat and meat products, food and grain processing, bottled drinking water, starch products, cakes, soy products (non fermented), vinegar,265 samples of fruit and vegetable beverage products such as the extraction of health indicators in accordance with the provisions of the national standard detection. Results:Health status of Lingchuan County food production and processing enterprises for large enterprises and medium-sized enterprises finally, second, small enterprises and family workshops the worst health status, and their product quality also decreased in sequence.265 samples from the year 2015, pastry microorganism qualified rate is 6.7%, the unqualified project for coliform bacteria and fungi; microbial beverage unqualified rate is 11.1%, the unqualified project for the total number of colonies; unqualified starch products rate is 3.3%, the unqualified project to exceed the standard aluminum content total vermicelli; (non fermented bean products) and meat and meat products microbiological failure rates were 31.5% and 11.9%, failed projects are the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria; vinegar microorganisms not qualified rate is 5%, the unqualified project for the total number of colonies; bottled drinking water and food processing and small grains were not found unqualified items. Conclusion:Food companies have some problems of Jincheng City, Lingchuan Province, Shanxi, the need to strengthen supervision and publicity.
