ObjectiveAccording to a hospital in Qigihar city during 2008-2014 surgery in 620 cases of colorectal cancer were collected and analyzed, summarized the demographic characteristics, local colorectal cancer patients with clinical symptoms, laboratory examination, pathological type, Dukes stage, etc., focusing on the clinical features of patients with rectal cancer node, provide a reference the basis for the prevention of colorectal cancer in the region.Method620 cases of colorectal cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in a hospital in Qigihar city from January 2008 to December 2014 were selected..Collection of patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,(including patient demographic characteristics, clinical symptoms, tumor location, pathological type organization credits, and degree of differentiation, Dukes staging and laboratory tests, etc.), using the software Epidata 3.0 establish data base, using statistical software SPSS 20.0 data statistical analysis.Result1. In this survey, the elderly 363, accounting for 58.5%; 257 young people,accounting for 41.5%. Suggested to strengthen the screening of young and middle-aged colorectal cancer; male colorectal cancer patients occupy a high proportion of 59.4%, it is recommended to strengthen the screening of malecolorectal cancer in order to improve early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.2. In patients with colorectal cancer, 300 cases of fecal occult blood positive(48.4%), 375 cases of tumor markers CEA positive(57.6%), 197 cases were CA19-9positive(31.8%). In colorectal cancer patients, there were 563 cases(90.8%) and 57 cases of non adenocarcinoma(9.2%). Colorectal cancer Dukes stage, A stage 230cases(37.1%), B period of 130 cases(21%), C period of 186 cases(30%), D 74cases(11.9%).3. There was a significant difference in the distribution of age and gender between rectal cancer and colon cancer patients(P < 0.05). In patients with rectal cancer and colon cancer, the proportion of older people is higher than that of young men, and men are higher than women.4. The distribution of rectal cancer and colon cancer, CEA in fecal occult blood in the CA19-9, there was significant difference. The positive rate of cancer patients is higher than that of fecal occult blood in patients with colorectal cancer. The positive rates of CEA and CA19-9 in rectal cancer patients were lower than those in patients with colon cancer.Conclusion:The clinical data of 620 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in a hospital in Qigihar city from January 2008 to December in were analyzed retrospectively. The results were as follows:1.In the survey, the young and middle-aged patients accounted for 41.5%, also occupy a certain proportion, prompted to strengthen the screening of colorectal cancer in young people, in order to facilitate the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer;2.In this survey, and occult blood test positive rate was 48.4%, suggesting that although fecal occult blood screening for colorectal cancer, fecal occult blood testwas negative but can not rule out the possibility of suffering from colorectal cancer,according to the high risk population with colonoscopy improve colorectal cancer early diagnosis and treatment.3.Colorectal cancer patients in the presence of symptoms to visit time in groups,Rectal cancer patients with the highest proportion of 9 to 6 months, the highest proportion of patients with colon cancer 24 to 12 months, It suggested that the symptoms of rectal cancer were more obvious and more likely to cause the attention of patients, but the onset of colon cancer was not easy to be found.
