Objective:To understand the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, obesity, HUA and other metabolic diseases in physical examination population, Find the related factors that affect the disease, explore the relationship between metabolic diseases, and put forward the corresponding prevention and intervention measures to reduce the impact of metabolic diseases on the health of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:Select from January 2015 to December in Changchun city center hospital medical examination data of the population physical examination.a total of 4016 people. We will use the Spss19.0 software for statistical analysis. Measurement data using mean ± standard deviation, count data using rate, constituent ratio to have a descriptive analysis. For the classified variable, we can use the chi-square test to have a analysis of Obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, HUA prevalence and related factors affecting the common disease in the physical examination population. Make the univariate analysis of P<0.05 variables into the logistic regression model for multivariate analysis, and use the forward stepwise regression method. Use the value of P<0.05 as the statistically significant value.Results:1. There are 577 people suffering from obesity in the subjects, the prevalence rate was 14.61%. 1045 people suffering from hypertension, the prevalence of 26.07%. 58 had diabetes, the prevalence rate was 1.46%. 604 people have HUA, the prevalence of 15.10%. There are 518 people with 2 or more than 2 kinds of metabolic diseases(12.90%) in the study;2. Multi factor Logistic regression results shows that advanced age, male, high BMI, high total cholesterol, high triglycerides in serum, high aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, high uric acid, high blood sugar, high hemoglobin content and thyroid nodules are risk factors of the subjects with hypertension(P<0.05);3. Multi factor Logistic regression results shows that low age, male, hypertension, high serum triglyceride, high alt, high uric acid, high blood sugar, high hemoglobin content is the object of study of risk factors of obesity(P<0.05);4. Multi factor Logistic regression results shows that male, hypertension, high triglycerides, high blood urea nitrogen, low uric acid is an independent risk factor for the study of diabetes(P<0.05);5. Multi factor Logistic regression results shows that low age, male, high BMI, hypertension, high serum triglyceride, high alt, hypoglycemia, high hemoglobin content and thyroid nodules are risk factors of study subjects with hyperuricemia(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Hypertension is the most common metabolic disease in the physical examination population in this study, and the next is obesity, diabetes and hyperuricemia;2. The study found that the correlation between different metabolic diseases, hypertension, diabetes and HUA are risk factors of obesity; obesity and diabetes are risk factors for hypertension; hypertension and HUA are risk factors of diabetes mellitus; hypertension and obesity are risk factors for HUA;3. People with high levels of triglycerides in serum and male are the high risk groups of four metabolic diseases.
