BackgroundIschemic Stroke(AIS) is associated with brain blood supply disorders, leading to brain ischemia and hypoxia in the brain. In severe cases, irreversible damage occurs in brain tissue. After the general incidence, patients will be accompanied by a certain degree of nerve injury. Studies have shown that carotid atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke are closely related.the process of atherosclerosis is a long-term pathological process of chronic inflammatory reaction, a higher concentration of Hcy is likely to stimulate vascular oxidative stress, the patient's Vascular endothelial cells cause a certain degree of injury. The occurrence of atherosclerosis and lipoprotein metabolism has a certain relationship, while The plasma D-dimer is associated with the formation and breakdown of thrombi, which is end products of fibrinolytic, and related to Fibrinolytic activity in patients. Studies have shown that the levels of NT-proBN Pin the body's blood will rise in patients with brain tissue injury. ObjectiveThe levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of serum in the patients with ischemic stroke were measured to evaluate the neurological damage and prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors in the patients with ischemic stroke by examining the age, gender, lipid, IMT, fibrinogen, neurological deficit, prognosis score and laboratory indexes. Which provided the theoretical basis for the occurrence, prevention, treatment and prognosis of early ischemic stroke. MethodsWe chose 123 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jan.2016. 120 healthy subjects selected as the subjects D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were measured and compared. The levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were measured and compared. The neurological deficits and prognosis were evaluated and The correlation of the levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP and age, sex, lipid, IMT, fibrinogen, neurological deficit and prognosis. Results1. The levels of TG, LDL, Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP,IMT and fibrinogen in AIS group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05),but The levels of HDL is lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).2. There were no significant differences in Hcy levels in patients of different sex and age(P> 0.05). The levels of D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in patients of different sex and age were significantly different(P <0.05).3 The scores of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-pro BNP and NIHSS in patients with massive infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with middlevolume infarction(P <0.05). The levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP and NIHSS were significantly higher in patients with middle volume infarction than those in patients with small volume infarction(P <0.05). The levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP and NIHSS in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group(P <0.05). The levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in good prognosis group(P <0.05).4 The levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP and NIHSS in the AIS group were significantly higher than those on the 1st, 7th, 14 th, 30 th and 90 th day(P <0.05).5 Hcy was not associated with gender and age. D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were correlated with gender and age. Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were negatively correlated with HDL(P <0.05), and positively correlated with TG, LDL, IMT, fibrinogen and NIHSS. To analysis the correlation by Logistic regression, and the OR was 7.94,3.65,3.85,6.96, respectively. Inconclusion1 The patients with ischemic stroke are usually accompanied with increasing levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP in serum.2 Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP, NT-proBNP levels can be an indicator of the changes of the patients with ischemic stroke.3 The levels of Hcy, D-dimer, Hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were related to the degree of inflammation.
