Objective: To perform CT perfusion imaging combined with CT angiography in patients with acute ischemic disease, and to assess the degree of neurological deficit in patients(onset ?24h),to explore the degree of vascular stenosis and the perfusion of brain parenchyma in local lesions.Whether the status is related to the quantitative score of stroke, and the value of cerebral vascular stenosis and hemodynamic staging combined with clinical NIHSS score in acute ischemic stroke in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke and prognosis. Methods: A total of 34 inpatients who met the criteria for acute ischemic stroke enrollment in the first hospital of Bengbu City from December 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively enrolled.One-stop scan of 320-volume CT was performed. After CTP and CTA two sets of imaging data, the CTP group was divided into negative, phase I and phase II according to cerebral blood flow perfusion;according to the data of four parameters of CTP,the CTA group was divided into four groups according to the responsible blood vessels. The degree was divided into mild, moderate and severe. The statistical methods were used to calculate whether the data of each group had correlation with the NIHSS score and the degree of correlation. Results: A total of 34 cases were enrolled in the study, including 12 females and22 males.Among them,CTP data showed that 5 cases were negative, accounting for14.71%,12 cases belonged to stage I,accounting for 35.29%,and 17 cases belonged to stage II,accounting for 50%.The corresponding NIHSS scores of each group were recorded. After one-way analysis of variance,F=22.31,F0.05(2,31)=4.05?4.18,so F(29)F0.05,and P(27)0.01.The CBF,CBV,MTT and TTP parameters of 34 patients were also recorded in the negative, phase I and phase II groups, and each was analyzed by one-way ANOVA,where F(MTT)?1,and the other three groups of data F The value is much larger than 1.The data of the statistically significant group were subjected to linear correlation and regression analysis, and it was found that r(CBF)=-0.63,r(CBV)=-0.61,r(TTP)=0.57,and P?0.05.CTA data: 12 cases of light stenosis, accounting for 35.29%;4 cases of moderate stenosis, accounting for 11.76%;18 cases of severe stenosis, accounting for 52.95%;and recording the corresponding NIHSSscores of each group, single factor Analysis of variance, calculated F = 17.59,F0.05(2,31)= 4.05 ? 4.18,so F(29)F0.05,and P(27)0.01.Conclusions:CTP blood perfusion staging is correlated with the mean of NIHSS score, and it is positively correlated;CTA-responsible vascular stenosis degree is correlated with NIHSS score mean and positively correlated;CTP blood flow perfusion staging There was a higher correlation between the degree of stenosis and the mean NIHSS score than the CTA-responsible vessel;Among the four parameters in CTP,there was no significant correlation between MTT and NIHSS score, while CBF and CBV were negatively correlated with NIHSS score,TTP.It was positively correlated with NIHSS score, and CBF was the most relevant.
