| ObjectiveWith the expansion of the scope of application of chemical disinfectants, disinfectant gradually discovered the single active ingredient can not meet the needs of practical use, therefore, can often encounter the situation after several disinfectant mixed use, with the aim to improve sterilization effect, overcome or ameliorate the shortcomings of unilateral disinfectant when used alone, to create a more perfect and ideal to chemical disinfectants.Iodine disinfectant with alcohols, guanidine disinfectant is the most common disinfectant used to disinfect the skin prior to injection, such as povidone-iodine disinfectant, iodine disinfectant, disinfectant alcohol 75% and 2% chlorhexidine gluconate alcohol skin disinfectant, etc., but generally effective iodine disinfectant iodine content in 5000mg/L or so, as the dark red-brown liquid, used to have a minor skin disinfection before injection coloration phenomenon, difficult to find blood vessels and slow drying; iodine disinfection available iodine content was generally 20g/L or so, the need to use 75% alcohol after disinfection iodine, cumbersome two-step disinfection operations; and 75% alcohol disinfectant chlorhexidine and ethanol complex is generally no disinfectant colored liquid, easy to see the degree of uniformity rubbed disinfection.Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, combined with alcohol and iodine disinfectant guanidine disinfectant characteristics, especially for research and experimental research and related performance before an easy injection skin disinfection compound iodine disinfectant.MethodsIn this study, according to People’s Republic of China Ministry of Health "disinfection technical specifications" 2002 edition, GB27951 "skin disinfectant health requirements" and other national laws, regulations and standards for the development and performance testing related compound iodine disinfectant. Research using chemical titration, UV-Spectrophotometry, HPLC different detection methods for comparing compound iodine disinfectant chlorhexidine gluconate content determination using accelerated test method, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test the stability of disinfectant, germicidal efficacy and toxicity was observed.ResultIn this study, iodine and complexing agents, stabilizers synthetically produced compound iodine disinfectant reddish brown transparent liquid, product stability, no turbidity, no precipitation,37℃ accelerated test in three months, the effective content the rate of decline <10%, the product effect 1min on behalf of the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa average killing logarithm values were> 5.00, the role of Candida albicans lmin average killing logarithm value> 4.00, compound iodine disinfectant rubbed over the role of 1min, natural bacteria on the skin surface of the killing of a value of 2.96 (1.78-4.65), acute oral toxicity test was practically non-toxic, skin irritation test on a complete skin is non-irritating, small mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes micronucleus no effect.ConclusionCompound iodine disinfectant of this study the Ministry of Health "disinfection technical specifications" (2002 edition) and GB27951 "skin disinfectant health requirements" skin disinfectant requirements, can be used to disinfect the skin before injections, surgical hand disinfection. |
