| Objective The subject is to study the clinical efficacy of adjuvant treatment with Qingjinhuayu soup in mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm hotly shutting the lung in children, to provide the basis for clinical application of the prescription and more methods for the treatment of the disease, and services to children's health.Methods To collect 68 cases of hospitalized children with phlegm hotly shutting the lung who marched inclusion and exclusion criteria, with random and control method,they were divided into control group and experimental group with 34 cases each. The control group was treated by Azithromycin Sequential therapy, and experimental group with Azithromycin and Qingjinhuayu soup. To assess the scores of the symptoms and signs and chest X-ray pretherapy and post-treatment, and to compare the distribution of symptoms and signs, lung inflammation absorption, the total score of TCM symptoms and cure rate before and after treatment (efficiency rate for short), the results were analyzed and compared by SPSS17.0 statistical software, in order to objectively evaluate on clinical effectiveness of the treatment with Qingjinhuayu soup in mycoplasma pneumonia (phlegm hotly shutting the lung) in children.Result ? There was significant difference between two groups through comparison of the symptoms and signs and chest X-ray before and after treatment (P< 0.01), indicating statistical significant difference between two groups in treatment in children's mycoplasma pneumonia.? To compare the main symbols between two groups after treatment, the improvement in cough, expectoration and lung rale of experimental group was superior to control group, there was no difference in improving fever and asthma between two groups.? To compare the secondary symbols between two groups after treatment, the improvement in mental state and red face of experimental group was superior to control group, there were no difference in improving thirsty, constipation and yellow urine.? There was statistical difference between two groups in pulmonary inflammatory absorption (one week after the treatment of chest X-ray) (P< 0.05), the experimental group was better than the control group.? To compare cure rate between two groups, there was statistical difference (P< 0.05), and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion ?Qingjinhuayu soup can improve symptoms and signs of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia(including cough, expectoration, mental state and lung rale, etc), reduce the total score of TCM symptoms, improve overall curative effect and TCM symptoms of disease clinical curative effect.? Qingjinhuayu soup can promote lung inflammation absorption.? Qingjinhuayu soup has removing heat-phlegm, dispersing the lung and expelling wind, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia phlegm heat indicates pulmonary syndrome curative effect is distinct. |
