A Research On The Problem Of Children's Immunization Services And It's Countermeasures In Wujiang District

Vaccine has played an important role in controlling and eliminating infectious diseases which threatened human survival and quality of life. WHO holds that vaccination is one of the most economical, effective and convenient public health measures to prevent children's infections diseases. Vaccination has played an important role in protecting people's health during the planned economy period in our country, and a variety of deadly infectious diseases has been eliminated.With the development of vaccination services, the availability of preventive services is no longer the focus of attention of the residents,the level and quality of the needs expand to higher.After years of hard word,the work on immunization services in Wujiang District achieved powerful.Vaccination services has been more standardized, informational, and the incidence of the Infectious diseases had dropped significantly.Specifically,finance invested in vaccination has increased gradually, the software and hardware configuration of the vaccination units has been improved,and the level of vaccination serviceshas been promoted.But a large number of school-age children has flowed in Wujiang District,which has leaded to a substantial increase in the workload of vaccination.With the improvement of economic and educational,parents' attention on vaccination has been improved,awareness of vaccination has been enhanced, the initiative of using vaccination has been improved, the demand for vaccination services has been increased.Increased population demand of Wujiang Distric has resulted in a substantial increase in the workload of vaccination.The improvement of resources, environment, facilities, equipment and staffcan not meet the increasing demands of the people, and has effect the quality of the service.Immunization service of Wujiang District has many problems. Neither quantity nor quality of the supply of vaccination was low, some vaccination rates was low,vaccination knowledge penetration rate was not high and configuration of service staff of vaccination was not appropriate, for example.This study is based national projectof immunization program supervision and evaluation on 2013. This thesis focuses on the problems existing in Wujiang District using literature research and empirical research methods.This thesis analyzes the basic reasons for the current problems of the vaccination service in Wujiang district from financial inputting, supervision and incentive mechanism, the management system of information in population,the form of propaganda and the management of staff. We can improve the level of vaccination service by broading financing channel,establishing effective supervision and incentive mechanism, Improving the mechanism of people's information management, Improving the way of publicity and standarding management of immunization.Finally, the reach aims at the status of vaccination service in Wujiang District, deeply analyzing the prominent problems and giving some advices or solutions so as to provide some reference for the improvement of public health service.
