Purpose To investigate the relationship between harmful contact factor and embryo stop development.Method 400 couple who had a history of infertility embryo stop were collected as the case group,400 couple who had adverse pregnancy history and have healthy children as the control group. Fill in a questionnaire and the resulting data were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS19.5.Results 1(1)Two groups of pregnant women in the BMI?education level?monthly household income was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); The factors including age?age of menarche?menarche cycle?dysmenorrhea?emotional contral no significant difference(P>0.05). (2)Two groups of pregnant women in the passive smoking?physical exercise was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); The factors of night duty cycle?feed pets no significant difference(P>0.05). (3)Two groups of pregnant women in the folic acid supplemention was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); The factor including the use of the mobile phones?computer?cooker?printer?interior renovation no significant difference(P>0.05). Logistic analysis revealed that monthly household income(OR=0.759)?passive smoking(OR=1.710)?physical exercise(OR=0.531)?dyed perm(OR=1.367)?folic acid supplemention(OR=0.822). 2.(1)Two spouses educational level, monthly household income was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); the factors including age?BMI were not signifficant difference between case and control groups(P>0.05). (2)Factors of spouses' smoke?drinking?physical exercise?night duty cycle were not signifficant difference between case and control groups(P>0.05). (3)Factors of spouses' use of the mobile phones?computer?printer?interior renovation?high temperature?shock were not signifficant difference between case and control groups(P>0.05). 3.women with one time embryos stop education and women with two times?three times?four times compare the number of poor contact factors(P>0.05). 4. Embryos stop education gestational age <8 weeks and gestational age 8 to 12 weeks?gestational age > 12 weeks compare the number of poor contact factors(P>0.05).Conclusion 1. Low level monthly household income?passive smoking?dyed perm were the risk factors for embryo damage; physical exercise and folic acid supplemention were the protective factors to prevent embryo damage. 2. Spouse low education level, low income may be risk factors for Embryos stop education. 3. The number of embryos stop education and the number of poor contact factors have no significant correlation. 4. Embryos stop education gestational age and number of adverse factors contacts unrelated.
