Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical outcome and effect of frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)cycle and fresh embryo transfer cycle of patients with high risk of ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods:A database was collected and analyzed retrospectively which covered the patients with high risk of OHSS from January 2014 to December 2015 in reproductive fertility center of the NO.2 hospital of Hebei medical hospital, including 789 fresh embryo transfer cycles,288 FET cycles.Results:1 General situation: The number of AFC was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups.2 The start dose of Gn and total day of Gn in fresh embryo transfer groupand FET group were significantly different the average of Gn/N wasstatistically significantly different between 2 group.3 The average number of eggs, the average number of good embryos were no significantly different between 2 groups.4 The average of birth weight and the average of twin’s birth weight is statistically significantly different between 2 groups.5 The incidence of moderate and severe OHSS was no significantly different between 2 groups.6 Through the Logistic regression conclusion, the main factor affecting the pregnancy success rate of OHSS high-risk group in the center is the number of eggs obtained.Because of the low incidence of OHSS,the sample size of this test is small, and the factors that influence the incidence of OHSS have not been obtained.Conclusions:1 Frozen whole embryo in OHSS high-riskl group is beneficial to reduce the rate of OHSS,but it does not affect the rate of pregnancy.2 The weight of the offspring increased in the whole embryo frozen thawed embryo transfer embryos, suggesting that the cryopreservation embryo transplantation is more beneficial for the offspring, and the sample size needs to be further enlarged.
