| Objective To investigate the correlation of vitiligo and autoimmune thyroid disease, and also provide a theoretical evidence for the routine monitoring of thyroid function in patients with vitiligo. Methods 100 cases of vitiligo patients and 100 healthy controls underwent hyperthyroidism full range of testing.Include: T3、T4、FT4、FT3、TSH、rT3、TG-Ab、TPO-Ab、HTG。The HTG by radioimmunoassay(GC-1200 γ RIA counter pharmaceutical agent from Tianjin Concord Technology Holdings Limited) plus quantitative measurements.Othes Indexes chemiluminescence(AVDIA Centaur XP, reagents were from Siemens Healthcare Diagnosics Inc) quantitative detection. All operation and positive results were observed judgment according to kit instructions.Results(1) Compared with normal control group, vitiligo paients’ TPO-Ab, TG-Ab and hyperthyroidism positive rate was significantly higher, and was statistically significant(P <0.05). Vitiligo patients with TSH group was significantly higher than normal group, but was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2) Female vitiligo patients’ TPO-Ab and TG-Ab positive rate was higher than male patients with vitiligo(P <0.05),was statistically significant.(3)21 ~ 30 aged vitiligo patients’ TPO-Ab positive rate was higher than other age groups of patients’ with vitiligo(P <0.05),was statistically significant. TG-Ab positive rate in 21-30 aged group was significantly higher than 20 years old and under, 31-40 years(P <0.05). However, compared with the 21-30 age group 41 years and older TG-Ab positive rate was no statistical difference.(4) TPO-Ab and TG-Ab positive rate in vitiligo patients’ was no significant difference(P> 0.05) in different stages and types.Conclusion(1) Thyroid autoantibodies and hyperthyroidism incidence rate in vitiligo patients is higher than normal, and vitiligo is closely related to autoimmune thyroid disease. It is recommended that the routine screening in the autoimmune thyroid disease vitiligo patients.(2) Vitiligo associated with autoimmune thyroid disease occurs in the ages of 21-30 women.(3) Vitiligo associated with thyroid disease was not likely realeated to stages and types. |
