| As a symbol of hospital modernizat ion, Automated Transportation System has been more and more applied. Medical Track Vehicle System(MTVS) has been the first choice of many hospitals for its low failure rate, large capacity, small footprint and multiple category of the material it could transport. The problem of low material transporting efficiency caused by the crowd can be solved by using this system. Intelligent monitor ing and scheduling system are guarantee of an error-free system. In this paper the key issues of the monitoring and scheduling system of MTVS were investigated based on the analysis of existing products and research works at home and aboard.After discussion of the functional requirement of each constituent equipment, Zig Bee and RFID were introduced to solve the problem of communication and localizat ion, the s tructure and strategy of the control system was determined. In this system Monitoring Centre was responsible for real-time monitoring and t ask management, the operation scheduling was under the control of regional controller. Based on analysis of the composition feature and layout of the track system, the environment model for the monitoring and scheduling system of MTVS was established based on the Graph Theory.In order to reduce the online computational burden, Floyd algorithm was used to establish the offline path database. On this basis, a task scheduling mechanism was suggested based on priorit ies and searching of the nearest free vehicle. Compared with thread sync hronization, a study was carried out on the coordinating strategy between vehicles and regional controller, the collision-free moving for MTVS was achieved.The hardware of the track vehicle, the regional controller and the station controller were designed according to the analysis of controlling requirement. The software function of these controllers was divided into mult i-task structure based on the principle of muti-task divis ion. At last, the modular software of Monitoring Centre was designed by using Visual Studio and SQL Server.In the end of this paper, the whole work of this paper was summarized, some suggestions were made for the subsequent study of the monitoring and scheduling system of MTVS. |
