The Influence Of Total Glucosides Of Paeony Combine With Wolfberry To IL-17 And VEGF In Patients With Oral Lichen Planus

Objective Observe the influence of total glucosides of paeony combine with wolfberry to IL-17 and VEGF in patients with oral lichen planus, to explore the possible pathogenesis of total glucosides of paeony combine with wolfberry in patients with oral lichen planus, in order to provide basic experiment to treat patients with oral lichen planus.Methods Choice the oral mucosa of hospital of ningxia medical university general hospital to accord with a standard of oral lichen planus as experimental group which between in december 2014 and december 2015,30 patients with oral lichen planus taking total glucosides of paeony combine with wolfberry for two month, meanwhile before and after the treatment as well as the selection of 30 healthy volunteers as contrast group, serum using enzyme-linked immunosorbent experimental determination of IL-17 in peripheral blood serum and the expression of VEGF level. To use professional statistical software package of spss19.0 to analyze data. At the same time, the observation of possible variations of total glucosides of paeony combine with wolfberry.Result 1.The expression of IL-17 and VEGF in peripheral blood serum of the expriment group patients with oral lichen planus level is higher than that of contrast group of healthy people, The difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05)2.Total Glucosides of Paeony combine with Wolfberry after treatment patients with oral lichen planus,the expression of IL-17 and VEGF levels in serum, before the treatment in patients with peripheral blood serum IL- 17 and VEGF expression level is reduced,The difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion 1.IL-17 and VEGF in peripheral blood serum of patients with oral lichen planus expression level higher than that of healthy people expression level in peripheral blood serum,it is further confirmed that IL- 17 and VEGF may be involved in pathogenic process of oral lichen planus.2.Total Glucosides of Paeony combined with wolfberry treatment of oral lichen planus mechanism may be reduce patients peripheral blood serum IL-17 and VEGF expression levels, which influenced inflammation and immune function.
