The Observation On The Immunity State Of RAU And OLP By Total Glucosides Of Paeony Combined With Wolfberry

Objective This research was to observe the immunity state of RAU andOLP by Total Glucosides of Paeony combined with wolfberry, and to investigatethe compatibility of TGP combined with wolfberry treatment RAU, OLPimmunomodulatory effects occurred.Methods Thirty RAU patients and thirty OLP patients who were nosystematic treatment within three months, were given TGP capsules (Ningbo LiHua pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.),each two(0.6g),3times daily after meals for8weeks for a course,and wolfberry (Ningxia production)10-15g,once daily aftermeals for8weeks for a course. Sixty patients were carried out Humoral andcellular immune function test at the beginning and8weeks for a course after thetherapy. Using SPSS11.5professional statistical package to process the data, P≤0.05was considered statistically significant.Results Compared with the former treatment, the later treatment in groupRAU, immunoglobulin IgG, IgA decreased (P<0.01), there were significantdifferences; Complement C3, C4of the later treatment increased (P<0.01), therewere also significant differences. Compared with the former treatment, IgM,complement C3andC4were increased in OLP group of the later treatment (P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant. Detection of cellular immune functionresults: lymphocy tetransformation rate of the later treatment increased in RAUgroup (P<0.01), there was a significant difference. The lymphocyte transformationrate of the later treatment increased in OLP group (P>0.05), the difference had no statistical significance. The results of T cell subsets: compared with the formertreatment, CD3+, CD4+,CD4+/CD8+increased of the later treatment in OLP group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.CD8+decreased (P>0.05),the difference was not significant. Compared with the former treatment, CD4+,CD4+/CD8+increased, CD8+decreased of the later treatment in RAUgroup (P<0.01), there were significant differences.Conclusion TGP combined with wolfberry that treat RAU and OLP couldaffect cell immunity， humoral immunity,and they had immune regulatory effect.
