Objectives To explores the change rule and the mutual influence of risk factors of stroke in medical workers, and reveal the relationship between metabolic risk factors. Methods A total number of 501 subjects who recived healthy examination in health cener from 2011 to 2015 were enrolled in this school. The analysis measurement of single factor data used t test, the analysis of count data used ?2 test, and the analysis of multiple factor uses multiple linear regression model. Results 1 There are 501 medical workers who participated the physical examination for 5 consecutive years. The selected persons were divided into groups with gender, position and age, and the differenct is no significance. 2 There is an increasing trend of BMI, HP, TG and LP in five years. The HP and BMI had the linear relationship. In the gender group, male BMI, HP, LP and HDL-C show an increasing trend year by year, and the female HP, TG and HDL-C show an increasing trend. The difference is of significance. In the age group, HP in each age group shows an increasing trend with statistical significance. BMI also shows an increase tendency, but it has no statistical significance before the age of 40.The difference of TG of the group of the age which is less than 50 is statistically significant. The results shows that the BMI and HP have the increasing phenomenon in each group of the posts(P<0.05). Only the doctor's HP level gap has statistical significance for five years.3 Comparing of numbers of 2011 and 2015, similar indicators have a linear correlation, which is most closely related to BMI, the correlation coefficient is 0.927 followed by HDL-C and TC.FBG, the weakest, the correlation coefficient is 0.60. Among different indicators, only TC and LDL-C are closely related, the correlation coefficient is 0.69, followed by HP and LP, BMI and HP, the correlation coefficient between BMI and LP is more than 0.45(P<0.05). In the 5 years, the amount of change of TC and LDL-C is most closely related, the correlation coefficient is 0.79, the second is TC and MBI, the correlation coefficient is 0.46.There is a positive correlation between HP and LP, TG, FBG and TG, TC and TG TG and LDL-C(P<0.05), and the correlation between HP and FBG is negative(P<0.05). 4 The investigation shows that the abnormal rate of HP, LP and TC fluctuated greatly in 5 years(P<0.05), but only TG shows a trend of increasing year by year(P<0.05), the abnormal rate of other indicators has no linear relationship with the time. The 67% subjects of abnormal HDL-C returns healthy in five years. And only 6% subjects of abnormal BMI returns healthy. The abnormal rate of HP,LP,TG and HDL-C in the group of abnormal BMI are higher than the rate in the group of normal BMI, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of BMI,LP,FBG,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the group of abnormal HP are higher than the rate in the group of normal HP, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of BMI,HP,FBG,TG,LDL-C in the group of abnormal LP are higher than the rate in the group of normal LP, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of in the group of TC,TG,HDL-C in the group of abnormal FBG are higher than the rate in the group of normal FBG, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of FBG,LDL-C in the group of abnormal TC are higher than the rate in the group of normal TC, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of BMI,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C in the group of abnormal TG are higher than the rate in the group of normal TG, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of LP and TG in the group of abnormal HDL-C are higher than the rate in the group of normal HDL-C, and the difference is of significance. The abnormal rate of HP,LP,FBG,TC in the group of abnormal LDL-C are higher than the rate in the group of normal LDL-C, and the difference is of significance.5 In five years, the change of BMI is related to the change of LP and FBG; the change of HP is related to the change of LP and TG; the change of LP is related to the change of age; the change of BMI is related to the change of FBG and TG; the change of TC is related to the change of TG and LDL-C; the change of TG is related to the change of LDL-C. There is a positive correlation between the various factors. The change of HDL-C and the amount of change is no correlation. Conclusions There is a certain correlation between some risk factors of cerebral stroke. But we find that no link between HDL-C and other risk factors. After 5 years of continuous observation of cerebral stroke metabolic factors, some values are increased year by year, but there is no statistical significance.
