| The 21 st century is the aging of the population.it has been expected that by 2050,China will be one of the countries with high levels of aging population in the world.then,the aging population rate will rose to 33.9% rapidly,the aging reached 439 million,in which 98 million over 80,these people will demand for health care and long-term care services,and bring serious challenges to the community health service ability.In this context, this study of community health staffing situation and forecast a qualitative analysis found that our Health Resource Allocation inverted triangle pattern. And then use the quantitative analysis of the resident population in Shenzhen doctor health questionnaire to analyze, to understand our aging population factors affecting community health service needs, and found individual characteristics of the elderly, health, income,demand for health insurance situation of older persons and services for select medical institutions have a certain impact on; the degree of aging deepen accompanied by family size,increased the proportion of inverted triangle structure; the overall satisfaction of community health services is low utilization rate, in the face of these factors require further development of community health services. Then the gray model method used in this study of health human resource needs of our country are forecasted results showed that: the growth rate of China's community health human resources at this stage can not cater to the elderly community health manpower demand growth, the situation is very grim.Finally based on the situation of community health service human resources in China, su ggestions as follows: training community health personnel demand on oriented;To reduce the reduction of community health personnel by Eliminating thrust;To improve the community he alth human resource layout by increasing investment;to improve the whole quality of commun ity health workforce taking Multi-dimensional manner. |
