Objects:Study about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with venous thrombosis embolism risk factors, clinical features, after slow COPD patients given empiric anticoagulant therapy, is beneficial to reduce the respiratory department of our hospital of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with vein thromboembolism incidence and death rate and improve the prognosis of the patients. Methods: To collect Yanan University Affiliated Hospital, two wards in November 2014 to 2016 January in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease received hospital treatment of patients, were treated with cases of CTPA and lower extremity deep venous ultrasonography, which meet the patients with COPD and VTE diagnosis standard of a total of 30 cases, as the case group(COPD+VTE group); select the same stage CTPA and lower extremity deep venous ultrasound exclude VTE and with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients(n = 30), is set in the control group(COPD). Patients in the case group and group control indexes as the following contrast: 1. Risk factors of thrombosis: age, gender, history of smoking, heart function, operation history, diabetes, malignant tumor, hypertension, lying in bed for a long time(more than or equal to 7 days)history. The clinical symptoms(2 limbs cyanosis, cough, dyspnea, hemoptysis, chest pain, syncope, asymmetric lower limbs edema). 3. Several main auxiliary examination:blood(red cells and platelets), D-dimer, ECG, arterial blood gas analysis(arterial oxygen partial pressure, arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure), echocardiography and lower extremity deep venous ultrasound, CT pulmonary angiography, and use SPSS statistical software to study the results of data analysis. Results:Through the observation of the case group and control group, the risk factors, clinical features and auxiliary examination, through the data analysis, this study can be summed up the following points:1. With a recent history of surgery, combined with malignant tumors, long-term stay in bed patients;2.When COPD patients with one of the above risk factors, and the emergence of hemoptysis, syncope, double lower limb swelling of the clinical manifestations, the risk of VTE is relatively high;3. When the COPD patients were checked blood red cells with thrombocytosis rising,D- two polymer increased significantly, the results of arterial blood gas analysis were the results of hypoxia and low serum, electrocardiogram showed sinus tachycardia, with S I Q III T III typical syndrome, enlargement of the right atrium and the right ventricle by echocardiography there is a high degree of suspicion merged with VTE,further diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous ultrasound and CTPA was performed at the same time, prophylactic anticoagulation therapy may be recommended.
