Object:By studying markers in cerebrospinal fluid(Cerebrospinal fluid, CSF), a clear P-Tau protein, T-Tau protein, ?-amyloid(A?) in A?1-40, A?1-42, acetylcholine(Ach), choline(Choline,Ch) changes the content of mild cognitive impairment(mild cognitive impairment, MCI) and vascular dementia(vascular dementia, VD) relationship, and prevent the occurrence of cognitive impairment weaken the extent of damage to the patient, as well as the early identification of Alzheimer's disease(Alzheimer disease, AD) and Early VD provide relevant basis for practicality. Methods:1.Case Collection: This study selected patients from September 2013 to September 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Integrative Medicine outpatient and hospitalized patients, diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) of a total of 22 cases of the experimental group, vascular dementia(VD) patients with a total of 20 cases in the control group Two groups of patients were random samples.2.Conjunction with the following neuropsychological:Minimum Mental State Examination,MMSE;Montreal Cognitive Assessment,Mo CA;Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL;Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMD;Hachinski Inchemic Score, HIS;Clinical Dementia Rating,CDR.3. Application of statistical analysis software SPSS16.0 data, measurement data, ± S, count data expressed as a percentage and frequency to p <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:1?MCI group of 22 people, including 12 males, 10 females, VD group of 20 people, including 11 males, 9 females; MCI group illiterate 6, 7 primary school, junior high school and more than nine people, VD group illiteracy 4, 6 primary school, junior high school and more than 10 people.MCI group included 12 patients with hypertension, diabetes 10, hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with the same type of high eight people, seven patients with coronary heart disease; VD group included 11 patients with hypertension, 9 people with diabetes, high hyperhomocysteinemia patients with type 6, 7 patients with coronary heart disease, the statistical analysis showed that both of hypertension, diabetes, high homocysteine, coronary the difference was not statistically significant heart disease. By ?2 test showed two groups of gender, education level difference was not statistically significant.2 ? MCI group included 12 people with hypertension, diabetes, 10 people, high homocysteine by 8 people coronary heart disease seven; VD group included 11 people with hypertension, 9 diabetes, high homocysteine in 6 people, coronary heart disease 7, By ?2 test showed the difference in the two groups showed no significant past history.3?MCI group mean MMSE score was 28.69 ± 0.67, VD group mean MMSE score was 28.62 ± 0.72; MCI group MOCA mean score was 24.18 ± 0.95, VD group MOCA mean score was 23.64 ± 1.68; MCI group ADL score mean of 24.36 0.81, VD group ADL score mean of 24.29 0.75; MCI group HAMD scores mean of 23.90 1.32, VD group HAMD scores mean of 24.51 1.22; t-test these four Tip difference was not statistically significant. VC group HIS mean score was 3.32 ± 0.45, VD group HIS mean score was 8.42 ± 0.64, t-test indicates the presence of statistically significant difference between the two.4?MCI group of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in the P-Tau(pg / ml) with a mean of 103.07 3.68, VD group of P-Tau(pg / ml) with a mean of 104.74 3.08; Ach MCI group(mmol / l) with a mean of 9.30 ± 1.13, VD group Ach(mmol / l) with a mean of 9.70 ± 1.48; t-test the above two prompts difference was not statistically significant. MCI Group T-Tau(pg / ml) with a mean of 285.99 ± 9.21, VD group T-Tau(pg / ml) with a mean of 290.11 ± 5.74; A?1-42(pg / ml) MCI group average number of 173.59 ± 19.07, VD group A?1-42(pg / ml) with a mean of 175.22 ± 19.07; these two nonparametric tests by statistical analysis showed that the difference was not statistically significant. A?1-40(pg / ml) MCI group with a mean of 735.21 ± 76.62, A?1-40(pg / ml) VD group with a mean of 396.85 ± 107.03; MCI group Ch(mmol / l) mean of 628.08 ± 92.19, VD group Ch(mmol / l) with a mean of 814.34 ± 160.06, after these two non-parametric test showed statistically significant differences between the two. Conclusion:Sex, education level and previous history of hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, high homocysteine between MCI group and VD group have no significant difference. MMSE, ADL, HAMD and Mo CA score was no significant difference in MCI and VD, but not in the VD group HIS rates significantly higher than the MCI group. In MCI patients with VD T-Tau, Ach, A?1-42, P-Tau showed no significant differences, there are differences of Contents Ch and A?1-40. Research in the CSF T-Tau, Ach, A?1-42, P-Tau, Ch, A?1-40, the analysis may be provided by early diagnosis and preventive MCI-related basis, while research Ch, A?1-40 for discriminating MCI and VD provide biological evidence, to further reduce the degree of cognitive impairment, and prevent the conversion of MCI to dementia.
