Objective: Chemokines are a group of small molecular cell factor that has the effect of chemotaxis and the chemotaxis of cells. With a wide range of biological functions, recent studies have demonstrated that chemokines and their receptors play an important role in tumorigenesis, development and tumor cell survival, proliferation, invasion and metastasis. This research is based on the serum of patients with non small cell lung cancer trend of determination of the concentration of chemokine CXC, understand the level of chemokine CXC chemokine in early-stage and advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in serum of patients with and to investigate the relationship between serum chemotactic factor CXC subfamily members in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) as a biological mark value of diagnosis. Methods: The levels of CXCL4、CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL5、CXCL8 were measured in plasma blood samples, by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Among them, 60 patients with non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) were included in the experimental group, including 30 patients with early-stage(ⅠA~ⅡB)non-small cell lung cancer and 30 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. And 30 healthy volunteers as control group.Results:(1)The serum levels of CXCL4, CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 were significantly higher in patients with early-stage NSCLC than those of patients with advanced NSCLC and normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the levels of CXCL4, CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 between advanced NSCLC patients and normal controls(P>0.05). This may suggest that CXCL4, CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 are at a higher level in the early-stage NSCLC.(2)Serum CXCL8 levels in patients with advanced NSCLC were significantly higher than those in early-stage NSCLC and normal control group(P<0.001), and there was no significant difference between early-stage NSCLC and normal controls(P>0.05). The results suggest that CXCL8 may has clinical value to assist in the diagnosis of advanced NSCLC, and has a certain role in the staging of lung cancer.(3)There is no significant difference in the serum CXCL5 of early-stage and advanced NSCLC patients and normal controls, so the value of serum CXCL5 in the diagnosis of NSCLC should be further studied.(4) Using ROC curve in the evaluation of chemotactic factor chemokine CXC in NSCLC diagnosis value and found that CXCL4, CXCL9 and CXCL10 in early-stage NSCLC group reflect the high sensitivity and high specificity, has potential diagnostic value, is expected to become early-stage NSCLC sensitive and specific tumor biomarkers.
