The Curative Effect Evaluation Of Fufangsihuang Ointment In The Treatment Of Early Anal Fissure

Objectives To observe and evaluate the effect of fufangsihuang ointment treatment of early fissure in the pain, blood in the stool, constipation, healing time, antibacterial treatment.Methods Conforming to the standard, Selected 150 patients with anal fissure. Starting from the first day of treatment, Use visual fuzzy score and WHO scoring method to observate the pain degree of patientsand at 1 day, 3 days, 7 days; record three group stopped bleeding time, improve constipation time, split the healing time; compared three groups of efficiency; the Bacteriostatic Experiment was recording bacteriostatic rings of the three groups at 1 day, 3 days, 7 days,each score the number of cases compared among the three groups for inhibition of bacteria. The observation indexes were analyzed statistically, and the results were compared between every two groups.,then compare three groups with statistical analysis.Results Pain degree of three groups at the first day after treatment is no statistically significant difference; the difference of pain degree at the third and seventh day after treatment is statistically significant. Fufangsihuang ointment group’s analgesic effect was stronger than that of Gangtai ointment group and gangtai suppositories group; pairwise comparison shows that, Gangtai ointment group was stronger than that in Gangtai suppositories group.The difference of the comparion in bloody stop time, crack healing time, constipation, improve time, anal swab bacteria number change was statistically significant. Fufangsihuang ointment group’s effect was stronger than that of Gangtai ointment group and gangtai suppositories group;Pairwise comparison shows that, Gangtai ointment group was stronger than that in Gangtai suppositories group.Bacteriostatic Experiment of three groups compared the 1 days,The difference is statistically significant, the fufangsihuang ointment group’s bacteriostatic effect was stronger than that in gangtai ointment group and gangtai suppositories group; pairwise comparisons showed that fufangsihuang ointment group’s inhibitory effect is stronger than that of Gangtai ointment group and Gangtai suppositories group; The effect between Gangtai ointment group and gangtai ppository group had no difference; At the third and 7th days, the difference has no statistically significant; the total curative effect comparison of three groups,the difference was statistically significant, and three groups appeared adverse reactions were untreated self-healing.Conclusions Fufangsihuang ointment can stop bleeding, alleviate pain, promote healing, improve constipation, increase the effect of curition for early anal fissure.it is worth to promote to use.
