Objective Based on 92 cases of patients with schizophrenia(SP) and 74 no serious body healthy controls and autoimmune disease(HC) chromosome shape distortion(CA) rate, incidence of micronucleus(MN), IL-1?, IL-1?, IL-2, IL-6, IL-17, some hormones and glucolipid metabolism of serum level of observation, to explore the endocrine- immune network imbalance and the correlation of schizophrenia, for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of schizophrenia to provide experimental basis. Methods 1.Obtaining the common states and signs index through questionnaire and pathological data query.2.Laboratory examination Obtaining the levels of hormone of HPT axis and hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis in automatic immunoassay analyzer by CMIA, the level of IL-1?, IL-1?, IL-2, IL-6, IL-17 in serum by ELISA, micronucleus(MN), chromosome aberration(CA)test of lymphocytes in peripheral blood are used to determin the damagement of genetic material.Automatic biochemical analyzer by enzyme to determin glucose and lipid levels.Result1.There is no significant difference in signs indexes and the prevalence rate of hypertension in PC group and control group. The lood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein(LDL) in SP group are significantly higher, but HDL was significantly lower than those in HC group. There are positive and negative correlation between the LDL and HDL with the course of schizophrenia.2.Thyroid hormone(T4) levels of cases were greatly higher than HC group, the level of T4 are positively related to the course and PANSS(r=0.0 72, 0. 087; p<0.05).The patients' level of cortisol was greatly higher than HC groupl, and it is related to the symptoms of the disease.3.IL-2, IL-6 levels had no obvious difference compared with PC group. The levels of IL-1?,IL-1?, IL-17 in case were obviously higher than HC group; the differences of IL-1?,IL-1?, IL-17 between the patients of different gender, urban and rural areas, whether there is a family history of mental disorders were not statistically remarkable; and they are not correlated with ages. There are positive correlation between the levels of IL-1?, IL-1? and PANSS(r=0.266,0.286;p ?<0.01),but the level of IL-17 is negatively correlated with total duration and PANSS(r=0.459, 0.228; p ?<0.05).4.There was no significant different in rate of CA and MN,abnormal number of CA and MN, between the SP group and the HC group.Conclusion1. Reduced HDL and LDL, T4,CORT higher suggests that the endocrine metabolic disorder is associated with schizophrenia.2. The schizophrenia patients not found abnormal structure of genetic material damage.3.Patients with schizophrenia IL-1?,IL-1?, IL-17 cytokines increased; Especially the occurrence of IL- 17 in schizophrenia play an important role in the process of development, in the early diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect of schizophrenia has certain reference value.4. The nerve- endocrine- immune network imbalance closely associated with schizophrenia, regulating endocrine immune disorders is of great significance to the treatment of the disease.
