Objective:By testing the distribution condition of human adiponectin gene rs2241766 (+45T/G)?rs1501299 (+276G/T), rs17300539 (-11391G/A) and rs266729 (-11377C/G) locus genotype and its allele frequency, to analyze and explore the relation between distribution condition of each locus and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, to study the influence, occurrence risk and its clinical meaning of human adiponectin gene single nucleotide polymorphism on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, so as to provide primary scientific experimental evidence for clarifying the pathogenesis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:150 initial cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage that had been hospitalized in Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University were selected as the the case group; 150 cases of individuals with normal blood pressure, and the structure of age, gender, nationality, education condition matched with that of the case group, were selected as the control group. Between the two groups, gender and age are good balance, no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), with comparability. Relative clinical material was collected. PCR-Snapshot method was adopted to test the genotype of four focus adiponectin gene and distribution condition of allele.Result:The study showed that the age of the case group and the control group had no difference. The occurrence rate of traditional risk factors of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, such as smoking, drinking, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, in the case group was evidently higher than that of the control group, and it had statistical difference (P<0.05); the genotype of locus rs2241766, rs1501299, rs17300539 and allele frequency in the case group and the control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05); the distribution frequency of locus rs266729 GG genotype and G allele in the case group and the control group had statistical significance (P<0.05); comparing rs266729 GG genotype and CC genotype carrier, the morbidity of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage GG genotype carrier was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Adiponectin gene rs2241766, rs1501299 and rs17300539 has no correlation with the occurrence of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage among Nanjing Han nationality, while adiponectin gene rs266729 polymorphism was positively related to the occurrence risk of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage among Nanjing Han nationality. Patients carrying rs266729 GG genotype and G allele have a higher occurrence rate of suffering hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
