Objective:To compare the femoral intertrochanteric fractures AO type and Evans-Jensen type in X-ray film and CT images under the accuracy of the diagnosis, and toexplore the advantage of CT.Methods:A retrospective study was performed to evaluate 54 patients with intertrochanteric fractures which were completed with X-ray and CT in November 2011 to June 2015.Respectively, make assessment of fracture AO and Evans-Jensen classifications using X ray film and the CT images comparing with hospital clinical diagnosis classification and statistics each model under different imaging diagnostic compliance rate, analyzing the role of two methods of imaging indiagnosis and classification of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Results:1?CT diagnosis Evans-Jensen classification compared with X-ray the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).CT diagnostic typing compliance rate was signif icantly higher than X-ray diagnosis,It was significant(P<0.05).CT diagnostic ?type detection rate was higher than X-ray diagnosis(P<0.05); CT diagnostic ? typ e detection rate is higher than X-ray(P<0.05).2?CT diagnosis AO classification compared with X-ray differences were statistic ally significant(P<0.05).CT diagnostic typing compliance rate was significantly high er than X-ray diagnosis,It was significant(P<0.05).CT diagnostic A2.3 type detect ion rate was higher than X-ray diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CT can obviously increase the femoral intertrochanteric fractures the diag nostic accuracy of both AO type and Evans- Jensen classification, in type A2.3 an d ?, ? diagnosis have more advantages.
