The Clinical Research Of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Method On Diabetes Combined With Coronary

Objective:To observe the cliinical research of Yiqihuoxue Qingrejiedu method on diabetes combined with coronary.Methods:To choose 60 out patients and in patients with diabetic coronary heart disease from Shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each.The control group given Xinkeshu tablets and conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of routine therapy plus for Huang Qi Yi Hao Fang will be treated for 4 weeks.Observe two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,effect of Angina Pectoristhe, ECG and laboratory examination indexes, etc.Results:After 4 weeks afters treatmengt,1.The symptoms of angina as well as the improvement of TCM symptoms were dominant in test group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05); 2.The experimental group improved 24-hour dynamic ECG,TC,LDL-C, hs-CRP and Hbalc is better than that of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);3.The efficacy of TG,HDL-C and FPG between the two groups has no significant difference.Conclusion:Method of yiqihuoxue qingrejiedu on Diabetes Combined with Coronary(Qi and Blood Stasis,Redu types) is superior to the control group.It improves the patient's clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients.
