Experience Summary Of Professor DING Shuwen In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Depression

Objective: To provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with depression by means of modern techniques such as computer and statistics.Methods: In the end of June 2010-December 2016,the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with depression was performed in the Department of Cardiology,Department of Cardiology,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The data frequency of the data was analyzed by Excel database and SPSS statistical software,and the data were classified by frequency and frequency.The numerical data were in accordance with the data of the data,the data of the TCM database,the symptoms,signs,related diseases,the use of drugs and so on.Normal distribution was expressed as mean ± standard deviation.Exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the compatibility rule between drugs.Two-classified multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between common drugs and symptoms,signs and related diseases.Results:(1)There were 9 kinds of TCM syndromes in 156 medical records,which were as follows:(1)Qi and Yin Deficiency,Yin Yin deficiency type,(2)Qi deficiency and blood stasis,heart failure type,(3)Yin Huo-wang,heart and kidney Non-cross type,(4)phlegm stasis,chill yang sputum type,(5)qi stagnation,effort is not Rong type,(6)liver and kidney,phlegm heartbeat type,(7)yin and yang deficiency,heart and kidney does not pay type,(8)heart and kidney yin deficiency heat,effort is not Rong type,(9)Yang water pan,heart gall bladder deficiency type.(2)Professor Ding often use the drug group or drugs: Qi and Yin-based Astragalus-Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra,Yang Xin Anshen mainly Fu Shen-Alisma,Polygalaceae-Oyster,fried Zao Ren-,Which is mainly composed of Chuanxiong-Leech,Sanqi powder-borneol-Yuanhu,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Qingrejiedu mainly gardenia-Danpi,Uncaria,Coptis chinensis-habitat,Shugan Jieyu,Purple quartz,qi trachea-based Magnolia-woody.(3)Astragalus-Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra is more commonly used in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression in patients with basic treatment;coronary heart disease see chest pain Panax powder-borneol-Yuan Hu;appear depressed state of the dream,red tongue,-the night of the rattan,flustered,upset with Fu Shen,Alisma;clinical symptoms do not want to exchange,with arrhythmia when using Polygalaceae-oysters;clinical manifestations of depression,with diabetes,arrhythmia use Coptis-Disease appears bloating,dark tongue,thin white fur,the use of hyperlipidemia when the use of Magnolia-woody;onset of diabetes when the use of Chuanxiong-leeches;temporary symptoms of depression when the use of Bupleurum,purple quartz;Anxiety symptoms,the use of hypertension in the use of gardenia-papillae;clinical symptoms of hypertension when the use of Uncaria.(4)coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression associated with the use of the disease when the drug features: combined with hypertension when Uncaria,followed by Pinellia,Leeches,Sanqi powder,woody;combined with arrhythmia when the use of Coptis,Lizi,followed by Notopterygium;with diabetes when the use of plantain,followed by forsythia;combined with hyperlipidemia when considering the use of Magnolia officinalis,Atractylodes,followedby Uncaria.Conclusion:Professor DING in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression in the regular use of Qi and Yin,Yang Xin Anshen,detoxification,according to the severity of the patient's disease and the combined symptoms of different considerations,adding Huoxue Zhitong,Shugan Jieyu,Stagnation and other drugs with the disease rule,consider the modern physical changes,due to people,because of the local conditions,with the card addition and subtraction,often effective.
