Clinical Observation Of Prevention And Treatment On Secondary Hydrocephalus After Aneurismal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Embolization By XueZhongxiao Prescription

Objective: To observe the incidence of hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage embolization in two groups.To record and compare scores of Nation Institutes of Heath Stroke Scale before and after treatment.To observe and contrast two groups of the Chinese medicine symptom integral before and treatment.To validate the clinical curative effect of Xue Zhongxiao prescription,and to explore the conceivable mode of action for Xue Zhongxiao prescription with hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage embolization.Which will provide a scientific TCM basis for hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage embolization in the clinical work.Methods: 30 cases was collected and setted as treatment group which meet the standard of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.30 cases was found and setted as control group which conform to the standard of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Two groups adopt foundation treatment(internal medicine medications,intracranial aneurysm embolization,exchange of cerebrospinal fluid),the treatment group apply Xue Zhongxiao prescription outside the foundation treatment.The treatment course was 14 days.To record the incidence of hydrocephalus before and after treatment in two groups with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage embolization.To record and compare scores of Nation Institutes of Heath Stroke Scale before and after treatment.To observe and contrast two groups of the Chinese medicine symptom integral before and treatment.Results:(1)The incidence of hydrocephalus in treatment group was obviously lower than the control group(p < 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between two groups in scores of Nation Institutes of Heath Stroke Scale before treatment(p > 0.05).There was significant difference between two groups in scores of Nation Institutes of Heath Stroke Scale after treatment(p < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference between two groups in Chinese medicine symptom integral before treatment(p >0.05).There was significant difference between two groups in scores of medicine symptom integral after treatment(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Xue Zhongxiao prescription has curative effect in prevention and treatment of hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage embolization.Conventional treatment combined with Xue Zhongxiao prescription can improve the clinical curative effect,which promote nervous functional recovery,reduce hydrocephalus complications,improve patients quality of life.The mechanism of action of Xue Zhongxiao prescription prevent hydrocephalus apply to the pathology of blood stasis,heat,damp and poison.Xue Zhongxiao prescription is safe and has no discovered other poisonous adverse reactions in clinic applications.
