| Objective : By investigate the CATquestionnaire of patients with stable COPD,short form 36 health survey questionnaire,patient reported outcome,effectiveness satisfaction questionnaire and skin sensitization,to evaluate Yifei Moxibustion treatment effects on quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods : Using randomized controlled trial design,the patients with stable COPD were divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 60 cases,treatment group was treated with Yifei Moxibustion combined with routine treatment for 3 months,the control group with conventional therapy treatment for 3 months.The CATquestionnaire,short form 36 health survey questionnaire,patient reported outcome,effectiveness satisfaction questionnaire and skin sensitization were adopted as observation indexes.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results : A total of 120 patients were included,lossing 18 cases,effective patients were 102 cases,with the treatment group 50 cases and 52 cases.in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups at baseline.Clinical observation is as follows:1.CAT questionnaireBefore treatment,the CAT score of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in CAT scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the CAT score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the CAT score of the control group was lower than that before treatment treatment(P<0.05).2.Short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)Before treatment,two groups of physiological function,general health,physiological function,energy,emotional function,social function,physical pain and mental health scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in mental health and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05),and the rest aspects of scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group except mental health and emotional function scores compared with before treatment have no significant difference(P>0.05),the rest aspects of scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,compared with before treatment,the scores of physical pain,mental health and emotional function were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and the rest aspects of scores were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).3.Patient reported outcome for COPD(COPD-PRO)Before treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms score,health satisfaction score,curative effect satisfaction score and COPD-PRO total score were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the above mentioned fields between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,in the experimental group the score of above mentioned fields decreased significantly compared with before.(P<0.01),the control group except the health satisfaction scores have no significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05),the rest fields of scores were decreased compared with before treatment decreased(P<0.05).4.Effectiveness satisfaction questionnaire for COPD(ESQ-COPD)Before treatment,there were no significant difference between the two groups of clinical symptom score,curative effect score,overall efficacy score,work life ability score and ESQ-COPD total score(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the above mentioned fields between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the above fields of scores in test group increased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).In control group except clinical symptom scores compared with those before treatment,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the rest of the fields the scores significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).In the field of convenient scoring,there were no significant difference before and after treatment,(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups compared with each other before treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).5.Skin sensitizationDuring treatment the two groups of skin sensitization were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The experimental group during 1 month of treatment have 2cases of patients with obvious skin erythema,score equal to 2 points judged to be sensitized positive;during the 3 months of treatment with 4 cases of patients with skin sensitization positive in 1 case for mild erythema with mild edema,the other 3cases showed obvious erythema.The experimental group after treatment of 6 cases of patients with positive skin sensitization,allergic sensitization rate was 4%,grade I,the intensity of sensitization was weak.The control group without Yifei Moxibustion treatmentConclusion1 Yifei Moxibustion therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable COPD,improve daily work and communicate ability,so that can improve the quality of life.patients2 Yifei Moxibustion treatment can improve the patient's treatment effect,the patient's curative effect satisfaction has certain improvement.3 Yifei Moxibustion therapy for the treatment of skin allergy is weak,the incidence of skin sensitization rate is
