Objective:This study through clinical randomized controlled trials,to observe and discuss the clinical efficacy of the treatment to the primary dysmenorrhea (pattern of congealing cold with blood stasis) by electric acupuncture, looking for more optimization methods to treat primary dysmenorrhea, to reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea patients and the impact on their daily life and work, improving the quality of life. Methods:Collected sixty cases of primary dysmenorrhea (pattern of congealing cold with blood stasis) which met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for this topic, and then this cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thirty cases of treatment group were remedied with electric acupuncture and moxibustion, and the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The treatment stated at the first day when the dysmenorrhea attacked, once a day, three days a menstrual cycle, all for three menstrual cycles, and at three months after the end of treatment we made a follow-up. The observation indexes of two groups are Dysmenorrhea Symptoms Integration Table, Visual analogue Scale(VAS), Stort-Form McGill Pain Questionaire(SF-MPQ), Instant Effect, recorded the results before and after therapy, made statistical analysis, to assess the curative effect.Results:1.The overall efficacy comparison of two groups of patientsTreatment group (30 cases):8 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%;The control group (30 cases): healing in 3 cases,7 cases had marked effect,13 cases were effective, 7 cases payed off, the total effective rate was 76.67%,The clinical curative effect comparison of two groups(P< 0.01).The clinical efficacy of treatment group is higher than the control group.2. The instant efficacy comparison of two groups of patients According to the degrees of pain relieved and the accompany symptoms disappeared during the first menstrual cycle when the two methods of treatment effected on the body, the results revealed that the treatment group which owned 30 patients,4 cases were markedly effective, effective in 9 patients,17 had no effect, the effective rate was 43.33%;Control group's 30 patients,1 cases were markedly improved,5 cases ineffective,24 cases payed off, and the effective rate was 20.00%.The clinical curative effect comparison of two groups(P< 0.05), The clinical efficacy of treatment group is higher than the control group.3.The dysmenorrhea symptoms'integration^ VAS scroses and McGill integral comparison before and after treatment in both group, the two groups respectively done a comparison on the dysmenorrhea symptoms'integration?VAS scroses and McGill integration before and after treatment, the data had significant difference (P< 0.01), By the contrast, the dysmenorrhea symptoms integrtion> VAS scroses and McGill integration between the two groups after treatment displayed(P< 0.05);It meant that both groups could reduce the dysmenorrhea symptoms'integration?VAS scroses and McGill integration, but the treatment group had a better curative effect than the control group. Conclusion:On the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion, increasing the electric acupuncture, could better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dysmenorrhea and achieve higher clinical curative effect.
