The Clinical Observation Of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and to explore its mechanism, provide the safe and effective prescription for the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:40 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type are selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. To give Bushen Tiaojing decoction treatment for 3 months. Comparison before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of improvement, the change of polycystic ovarian condition under the ultrasonic and the laboratory related indexes, such as serum sex hormones (LH, FSH, T).Results:Bushen Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of polycystic ovary syndrome in patients with clinical total efficiency is 82.5%.TCM syndrome score after treatment compared with before treatment, there is a significant improvement; Before and after the treatment, the menstrual cycle and BBT are significantly improved, and the body mass index is significantly decreased after treatment. After treatment, the levels of the LH, LH/FSH, T are significantly decreased, and the P values are less than 0.01.Conclusion:Bushen Tiaojing Decoction has a good improvement effect on TCM clinical symptoms and signs of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of polycystic ovary syndrome; and can significantly reduce the level of patients with endocrine hormones, and has no adverse reactions occur.
