Clinic Research On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Complicated With Gonarthromeningitis By Qizhuzhanjin Power Combined Haitongpi Decoction Fumigation

Objective:This paper study the cause and mechanism of knee osteoarthritis complicated with gonarthromeningitis,observation of Qizhuzhanjin power with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation and washing treatment clinical curative effect of knee osteoarthritis complicated with gonarthromeningitis,and find effective and convenient methods for the treatment of the disease.Methods:The 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with two cases.The treatment method of test group was Qizhuzhanjin power combined with fumigation treatment of Haitongpi Decoction,the use method of the Qizhuzhanjin power is used for external use l Local kneading,the treatment course is 2 weeks.In the control group,Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with topical Haitongpi Decoction fumigation treatment,treatment course is equivalent to the experimental group,also for 2 weeks.Before treatment,the observation index of the patient's clinical study was recorded,and the observation index of the clinical study was also recorded after the treament.Comparison of the clinical observation index before and after treatment.And the therapeutic effect of the experimental group and the control group were compared in detail.Results: After treatment,the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05)in the treatment of rest pain,active pain,tenderness,swelling,activity and total score,two groups of treatment can be effective treatment of disease.The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)in the treatment of pain relief.The efficacy of the two groups after treatment by statistical analysis showed that the two groups had no significant differences.Conclusion: Two methods in the treatment of knee joint synovitis were significant curative effect,low side effect,high safety,convenient use,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of knee joint synovitis.Qizhuzhanjin power for the traditional preparation of Luoyang Bone-setting Hospital in Henan Province.Qizhuzhanjin power band with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation and washing on knee joint synovitis has a significant effect,the use method is simple,the patient is easy to operate,patients with lower cost and clinical effect significantly,which is worth popularizing.
