The Relevant Research Of The Distribution Characteristic Between TCM Syndrome And TCM Constitution Of The Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome

Objective: The purpose of the article is through clinical observation with TCM syndrome type and constitution type distribution statistics of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS) patients, to research the distribution characteristics of physical types of OHSS patients, and to analyze the constitution and syndrome type in TCM of OHSS. In order to discuss the common syndrome type of OHSS and easy to sense of physical fitness, to provide reference for the prevention of the occurrence of OHSS from physical improvement in the future.Methods: Collected 137 patients in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine combined with reproductive and Genetic Center from 2013.12 to 2015.12. Collected the diagnostic criteria of patients and filled in the questionnaire, collected from patients with general information, information of TCM four diagnostic methods and constitution of TCM information. Data collected in Excel to establish a database, using SPSS17.0 software for statistics and analysis.Results:1、OHSS patients with TCM syndrome type distribution connected with age and BMI(P<0.05); 2、There was no correlation between the menstrual cycle and the severity of symptoms with TCM syndrome type(P>0.05); 3、 OHSS patients with TCM Constitution Types distribution connected with BMI(P<0.05); 4、There was no correlation between OHSS patients age, menstrual cycle, the degree of symptom with physical types(P>0.05);5、OHSS patients with syndrome of TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency of the constitution of the multi table for Yang deficiency(P=0.43)and phlegm dampness(P=0.24), OHSS patients with syndrome of TCM syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of liver qi stagnation constitution multi table, see Qi quality(P=0.005); 6、Other types of syndrome and physical fitness were not statistically significant.Conclusion: OHSS patients with TCM syndrome type distribution and TCM Constitution Types distributionconnected with BMI.
