| ObjectiveThe study of acupuncture treatment of acute peripheral Qianzheng new clinical efficacy and safety of combined treatment of facial paralysis,through the establishment of the control group,between the two groups before and after treatment,and the horizontal in order to further develop peripheral facial paralysis is safe and effective medical approach.Methods4 weeks of observation of 90 cases,the treatment group was 96.66% prevalence rate,simple acupuncture group was 93.33%,83.33% pure Chinese medicine group,treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment group and simple group,significant difference(P<0.05)and pure traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group had no significant difference in simple (P>0.05).After treatment, grading facial nerve function,compared three groups of traditional Chinese medicine,statistical tests,than simple acupuncture group(P<0.05) and simple traditional Chinese medicine (P<0.05)treatment group,acupuncture group than in the good group of drugs(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom score,compared three groups of traditional Chinese medicine,statistical tests,than simple acupuncture group(▲P<0.05) and simple traditional Chinese medicine (P<0.05)treatment group,acupuncture group than in the good group of drugs(ΔP<0.05).Follow-up examination 1 month after treatment the recurrence rate of 0% group that simple recurrence rate was 3.85%,the acupuncture group,4%,the Medicines simple recurrence,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the rate of traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group,the simple combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine alone showed no recurrence.ConclusionAcupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis with good Qianzheng San. clinical efficacy and safety, economic, simple, and can be used as acute peripheral facial paralysis treatment is a more effective treatment methods, is worthy of clinical application... |
