The Clinical Research Of Massaging With Xuanfei Kaiqiao Cream On Curing Allergic Rhinitis (Lung Qi Deficiency-cold, Insecurity Of Defensive Qi)

Objective: Through clinical research, observing the effect of massaging with Xuanfei Kaiqiao Cream on curing allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency-cold, insecurity of defensive qi), furthermore discuss the mechanism. Method: 78 patients with allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency-cold, insecurity of defensive qi)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group is given Xuanfei Kaiqiao Cream massage therapy, the control group is given Tongqiao Biyan Granule, the two groups are continuous 2 courses of treatment. The total effect and scores of TCM symptoms, signs and specific IgE antibody detection were compared before and after treatment. Comparison difference to observe curative effect. Results: 1. There are significant differences in the percentage of the TCM symptoms, signs and specific IgE antibody before and after treatment between the two groups( P < 0.05), two groups in the improvement of TCM symptoms, signs and specific IgE antibody is better than the control group. 2. The treatment group significant efficiency is 58.9%, effective rate is 87.1%.The control efficiency is 28.2%, effective rate is 76.9%.Two groups by the rank and inspection Z = 0.472, P < 0.05, with significant difference, the total effect of treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: The effect of massaging with Xuanfei Kaiqiao Cream on curing allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency-cold, insecurity of defensive qi) is significant and it’s painless, non-toxic, safe, effective and easy to accept, worth clinical promotion.
