Objective:to study the preoperative 30 min percutaneous meridian line electrical stimulation on elderly patientswith lower extremity surgery body temperature, the influence of observation cycle in the acupuncture point stimulation system, the change of blood sugar, intraoperative chills. Methods: 60 cases were selected into the standard, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group(n = 30). Observation group of patients with preoperative 30 min with Korean percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulator for the hole, the da-zhui acupuncture point and the healthy parapodum three mile point of dilatational wave electrical stimulation, continue to the end of the surgery. The control group not given acupoint transcutaneous electrical stimulation. Record and compare the two groups of patients with different time points in the operation of the nasopharyngeal temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, and intraoperative blood loss, chills. Results: observation group of patients with nasopharyngeal temperature drop, blood glucose decreased, the incidence of low body temperature, degree of incidence of hypoglycemia incidence, chills, chills were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05); Observation group of patients in blood pressure, heart rate fluctuations, intraoperatie blood loss was less than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).
