The comprehensive expression of the biological response produced by the traditional Chinese medicine,Determines the attributes of yin and Yang and lift off,So to fully study the mechanism of traditional Chinese Medicine,Can be helpful for clinical treatment.In this study, the use of 973 "theory of traditional Chinese medicine related to basic issues related to Animal experimental research method research" research results,The citrus drug properties in recent years objection,To determine the nature of Zhishi,So as to provide a basis for guiding clinical treatment of correct differentiation of symptoms and signs.Object:Study on gastric motility based on cold syndrome animal model,To explore the effects of Fructus aurantii Immaturus on gastric motility deficiency in rats,Clear cold and heat property of Zhi Shi.Methods:60 rats were randomly selected 48,With the drug preparation model of Asthenia Cold Syndrome.After the success of the model,Randomly divided into four groups,Model group, Da Huang group, dry ginger group,Zhi Shi group,Male and female.Observation of the temperature of the anus, the toe of the rat, the autonomic activity,MTL and GAS.Using SPSS 17 software for statistical processing.Results:Compared with the blank control group,Rats in model group were significantly decreased in the lung and stomach power(P<0.05),Zhi Shi group, rhubarb group and ginger group increased gastric motility;Comparison with Da Huang group,Fai group and ginger group increased gastric motility;Compared with the Zhi Shi group,Dry ginger group increased gastric motility.Conclusion:Rat model of cold syndrome rats;Zhishi tend to temperature resistance,But the data can not be fully explained,Therefore, further research of Zhishi resistance.
