Granulomatous Mastitis Breast Ultrasonographic Features And Types In Staging Of TCM

Objective: To analyze the granulomatous mastitis ultrasonographic characteristics of breast ultrasound and ultrasound typing, and to explore its application in TCM staging. That provides an evidence for TCM syndrome differentiation.Method: Collect granulomatous mastitis patients that treated in Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of breast and thyroid surgery hospital during 2015 January to December 2015, a total of 56 cases, collecting basic information, medical history, clinical symptoms and signs, etc., by two attending physicians and above for patients of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome and determine the course of disease stage, double-blind breast ultrasound examination of breast and thyroid surgery ultrasound room physician, by the researchers documented breast B ultrasound sonogram, use statistical methods to analyze granulomatous mastitis breast B-mode ultrasonic imaging characteristics and B ultrasound and TCM syndrome differentiation of the relationship.Results: The mean age was 32.04 + 5.69 years old in 56 cases. A total of 19 cases of tumor stage, accounting for 33.9%, a total of 18 cases of sepsis, accounting for 32.1%, a total of 19 cases, cases, accounting for 33.9% of the total. Most of the lesions were in the middle of the blood flow, the lesions were mostly abundant blood flow, and no blood flow in the later period. The main features of the mass stage were mass type, and the main stage was the low echo area.
