Objective: By observing Tension- Stress stimulation and bone grafting and internal fixation stump clean up the clinical efficacy of long bone atrophy nonunion treatment, To summarize the therapeutic advantage of long bone atrophic nonunion, to provide a more safe and efficient treatment. Methods: Select from October 2013 to October 2015 met the inclusion criteria weretreated long bone atrophy nonunion 36 patients, divided into two groups based on patient compliance group A and group B. group A usingTension- Stress stimulation treatment 18 cases, group B traditional stump clean up internal fixation surgical treatment in 18 patients. Two groups of patients were calculated operation time, blood loss, hospital stay, six months after knee and ankle joint function recovery and postoperative 1,3,6,9,12 months X-ray radiographs callus growth(Johnson kD X line score), and analyzed statistically. Results:A group of postoperative surgical time, blood loss, hospital stay, six months after knee and ankle joint function recovery and postoperative 6,9 months X-ray radiographs callus growth( Johnson kD X line score) was significantly better than group B. In the 3 and first months after operation, the growth of the kD A X-ray score was better than that of the B group. In the days of hospitalization, surgical incision healing time and 12 months after X-ray radiographs callus growth(Johnson kD X line score) difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Tension- Stress stimulation treatment of long bone atrophynonunion bone has short operation time, intraoperative blood loss, no bone grafting, no clean the nonunion site, small operation wound, postoperative limb function recovery of a good, is an effective, safe and reliable treatment.
