Objective: Improved S- P into the road and road joint into the traditional Watson-Jones hollow tension screw internal fixation treatment of middle-aged and young Garden ?, ? the clinical effect of the treatment of femoral neck fracture analysis, to explore what kind of approach has more advantages.Methods: Collected from September 2013 to November 2015, affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM diagnosis and treatment of bone with open reduction and internal fixation of young and middle-aged Garden ?, ? 49 patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups according to the road, which improved S- P into the way of 21 cases, 28 cases Watson- Jones into the road. 23 cases of 26 cases of men, women, one side in the left side of the 27 cases, 22 cases on the right side, all 49 patients received follow-up, patients with information collection, analysis the data by statistical software SPSS17.0.Results: Comparing the two groups in operative time, hemoglobin are statistically significant difference before and after operation; The two groups in clinical healing time of fracture reduction index and the Harris score is no statistical significance; Clinical and fracture healing time was statistically significant compared with Garden line index.Conclusion: In the treatment of middle-aged and young Garden ?, ? femoral neck fracture, the improvement of the S- P approach than traditional Watson- Jones in the blood loss, less operation time is shorter, the trauma patients with smaller; Fracture reduction and quality is beneficial to fracture healing; And two kinds of approach in clinical healing time, yellow index to the line and the Harris score did not differ between the last follow-up.
