Clinical Analysis Of Different Methods For Treatment Of Garden Type ? Femoral Neck Fracture In The Elderly

Objective:to study the application of three hollow compression screw fixed surgery and traditional Chinese medicine nonsurgical conservative treatment of senile femoral neck fracture type Garden II clinical curative effect.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to strict diagnostic criteria.Treatment group:three hollow compression locking screws were applied for early operation.Control group:the application of traditional Chinese medicine for non-surgical treatment,the treatment of traction,massage,Chinese medicine decoction.Mainly through 12 months follow-up after condition,observe two groups after treatment in patients with fracture healing time,don't heal,femoral head necrosis rate,fracture shift and other complications,the final evaluation of the hip joint function recovery.Results:through 12 months follow-up results showed that the treatment group of 18 cases of patients with fractures healed completely,the average healing time(7.80 ± 0.71)months,1 cases of fracture healing,no screw loose,1 case of a collapse of the femoral head necrosis,1 case of fracture shift again,not death patients,20 cases of patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis,4 cases in 1 case appeared bedsore,medical care costs 1 1 000 yuan,postoperative function Harris hip score>12 months(88.1 ±8.17).Control group of 15 cases of patients with fractures healed completely,and the average healing time(8.42 ± 0.48)months,fracture and shift observed in 3 patients,1 case of malunion,no deaths,4 cases with lower limb venous thrombosis in 20 patients,1 case of bedsore,medical care,20000,12 months after treatment function Harris hip score>(87.80±5.68).Conclusion:the application of three hollow screw surgery or conservative nonsurgical treatment,two groups of patients in the 12 months after hip function has improved,but the long-term effects of surgical treatment group was better than non-surgical treatment group,two groups of patients in fracture healing time scores significantly better than those who did not;Significantly higher than to shift the number of patients in treatment group,need to secondary surgery;In the later increase in complications,surgical and non surgical group did not see obvious difference;In the medical care cost control group is significantly higher than the scores.
