Meta Analysis Of The Treatment Of By Using The Randomized Controlled Trials Of The Xinmaitong Capsule

Objective:Based on the existing literature, to evaluate the level and intensity of the evidence for the efficacy of cardiac vein in the treatment of hypertension, and to provide evidence for the writing of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in TCM. Methods:Computer retrieval and manual retrieval of medical journals at home and abroad, collected in January 2005-2016 published in for the treatment of hypertension by Xinmaitong Capsule clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs), limited Chinese and English languages. In accordance with the method of Cochrane collaboration and other recommended methods to evaluate the quality of the methodology included in the study, the extraction of effective data, using Meta software for Revman5.3 analysis. Resules:A total of 7 literatures were included in the study, including 860 patients with a clinical randomized controlled trial. Meta analysis results show that the singleXinmaitong Capsule on the antihypertensive effect and chemical drugs compared, the difference between the two groups is significant; in improving syndromes is better than chemical drugs, the difference between the two groups have significant;Xinmaitong capsule combined with chemical drugs in antihypertensive efficacy, improve blood lipid levels and chemical drugs compared, difference between the two groups are significant. Conclusion : Xinmaitong capsule has antihypertensive effect, average Nimodipine systolic blood pressure lowering 6mmHg, diastolic pressure is reduced by 5 mmHg; to be able to better improve the symptoms of patients, in the letter of credit is deficiency of both vital energy and yin, excessive rising of liver-YANG,retention-of-phlegm in the treatment of patients with hypertension curative effect is remarkable; with some improvement of blood lipid, can reduce serum cholesterol(TC), but it is not stable, reduce triglyceride(TG), the role of weak; no significant side effects, combined with chemical drugs can reduce the occurrence of headache, stretching, edema, anxiety and other side effects caused by taking antihypertensive drugs, so as to improve the compliance of the patients.GRADE evidence is classified as class Ib evidence, selective recommendation.
