Objective: Retrospective analysis of the disease characteristics, condition and prognosis of patients who have a tumor-associated elevation of pancreas digestive enzyme in serum. Analysis of adverse factors in patients, to provide evidences for clinical treatment.Methods:1.Collecting clinical data in patients, with the tumor-associated elevation of pancreas digestive enzyme in serum, that be definited diagnosis and received treatment in the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1, 2014 to December 30, 2015.2.We retrospectively analyzed the tumor classification, pathological stage, TCM syndrome differentiation, treatment and prognosis of the patient. Sorting the observation data and grouped by different factors, to analyze the condition, the change of physical and chemical indexe in before and after treatment,os that we can explore the relationship between thrombus, blood lipid and the disease.3.Quering and statisticaling the domestic and foreign literature data in recent 10 years about the tumor-associated elevation of pancreas digestive enzyme, pancreatitis and hyperlipidemia and so on. In order to understand the etiology, pathology, prognosis,t heoretical research and treatment progress of this disease,to provide theoretical basis for seeking new treatment strategies. Results:According to the analysis of the prognosis of the 46 cases with the tumor-associated elevation of pancreas digestive enzyme in serum, results show:1. This disease commonly found in advanced malignant tumor patients, frequently seen in lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer.the elevation of enzyme usually expressed as mild and moderate level.but the prognosis of some patients is very poorer and a short lifetime. 2.The anti-tumor-treatment have a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients. the reduce-enzyme-treatment can reduce the level of AMY and LPS, however it may not improve the prognosis of patients. 3. Compared with the 28 cases of CP/PR/SD-patients,the 18 cases of PD-patients have a high average level of D-dimer in before and after treatment with a statistical difference(2.25±1.70 & 4.70±4.85,P=0.018;2.26±2.62 & 5.03±3.18,P=0.002). 4.The patients with pancreatic imaging changes have a poor prognosis and the disease often progresses quickly. Compared with the 32 cases of patients without pancreatic imaging changes, the 14 cases of patients with pancreatic imaging changes have a high average level of D-dimer in before and after treatment with a statistical difference(2.17±1.62 & 5.59±5.18,P=0.03;2.26±1.94 & 5.82±3.95,P=0.006). 5. The average level of TG were not obvious change in before and after treatment in 30 cases of TG-positive patients(1.85±0.648 & 1.84±0.655,P=0.979).Compared with 16 cases of TG-negative patients, 30 cases of TG positive patients have a poor prognosis significantly. 6. The 14 cases of patients with pancreatic imaging abnormalities were TG positive patients, They have an characteristic that the level of PLT was low and the level of D-dimer was high.As the same time, they have a poor prognosis.Conclusion:1.The anti-tumor-treatment is the main treatment that reduced tumor burden and the level of serum enzyme, have a positive significance for improving the prognosis of the patients. The reduce-enzyme-treatment can reduce the level of Serum enzyme, but can not improve the patient's prognosis.2.The patients with Pancreatic injury show a low level of PLT and high level of D-dimer,easy to produce the prethrombotic state, can cause the disturbance of pancreatic microcirculation and aggravate pancreatic injury.3.TG and pancreatic factors are two important factors of this disease, there is a poor prognosis for TG-positive patients with pancreatic injury,on the contrary, the TG-positive patients without pancreatic injury have a good prognosis.
