Objective: To investigate the correlation of ulcerative colitis TCM syndromes andtheir colon mirror, its dialectical objective to provide a scientific basis. Method:selected cases were divided into six groups of large intestine damp-heat syndrome, liverstagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, blood stasis and intestinal network card, thespleen and stomach qi deficiency, spleen deficiency syndrome and Yin and bloodvacuity. Take colonoscopy and histopathology, analyze and explore the relationship ofsix kinds of syndrome type and its colon Mirror. Result: This experiment show TCMsyndrome of ulcerative colitis colon damp-heat syndrome is the most common card andYin and blood vacuity is the most rare. Multiple in the female, at the age of31-50yearsold. Colonoscopy can be expressed as mucosal erosions, ulcers, edema, contact bleeding,ulcer surface covered with moss, and narrowing of the intestine, polyps, mucosal bridge,the capsule bad disappear. Card type and mucosal erosion/ulceration, edema, contactbleeding, the surface of white fur or yellow moss polyps/mucosal bridge, endoscopicindex, histological grading correlation. Conclusions: Colonoscopy some performancecan be used as objective indicators of the Chinese dialectic, and to guide treatment.
