A Mining Research Based On Improved Apriori Algorithm Of Hypertension Disease Cases Treating By Distinguished Veteran TCM Doctors

Objective: To study the methods and experience of treating hypertension with the old Chinese medicine, and provide the basis for the treatment of hypertension.Methods: Collected 413 in the 1980 s after the name of the old Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension test case input to the medical record management platform, using the platform of rule of differentiation of symptoms and signs, tongue and pulse law, drug law analysis and mining research based on improved Apriori algorithm.Results:(1) frequency analysis:(1)Card type: common syndromes of qi deficiency, blood stasis, qi stagnation, yin deficiency, damp heat syndrome, hyperactivity of Yang and heat toxin syndrome and various syndromes often and for disease;(2)Symptoms: dizziness, headache, irritability, fatigue, chest tightness, fatigue;(3)The tongue: red tongue and pale tongue;(4)The thin moss, yellow and white moss;(5)Pulse: see more rapid pulse, taut pulse, thready pulse.analysis of drug use:(1)Frequency of administration: 413 cases of 230 kinds of case in common traditional Chinese medicine experience. Most times chuanxiong, the number at least for CLR, Artemisia annua and other;(2)Research on mining improved Apriori algorithm: Minimum confidence choice of 0.1, respectively for all hypertensive disease proved cases, 7 kinds of common syndrome type of hypertension test case, six kinds of common clinical symptoms of hypertension test case of data mining, were dug 1-25 different number of core side.Conclusion: Analysis, mining results have clinical significance, can provide an objective basis for the treatment of hypertension in Chinese medicine, to provide help for the clinical diagnosis of hypertension, the name of the old traditional Chinese medicine experience to provide a new method of inheritance.
