The TCM Syndromes Research Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Complicated With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:Study on TCM Syndromes of chronic heart failure in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.To explore the characteristics of the disease, analyze the objective influencing factors of TCM syndrome types, and explore the law of syndrome differentiation.To initiate for maintenance hemodialysis patients complicated with heart failure theory based building blocks, in order to facilitate the clinical intervention, improve maintenance hemodialysis patient survival and quality of life to do a little humble.Methods :The first,formulate the TCM syndrome type questionnaire according to the literature, existing information and expert advice.Then surveyed patients who met the inclusion criteria from the Shandong traditional medicine hospital and Shandong qianfoshan hospitaland.Upon completion of the clinical data collection and establishment of database,SPSS22.0 software database was established to statistiacally analyze the data.Results:The screening standard of 89 cases, the average age is 58.3 years old, heart function most distributed in II, III.By using cluster analysis after finally summarized TCM syndrome type 7:Qi Yang deficiency and damp,the heart qi deficiency and blood stasis,heart yang deficiency and blood stasis heart and lung qi deficiency and blood stasis,heart kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis and water stop,Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis(blood) two,Spleen qi deficiency, phlegm dampness.In relation with the grade of cardiac function:The heart function of patients with grade I and II, more focus on the performance of qi deficiency(Qi deficiency of heart and lung, spleen qi deficiency or yin deficiency);III, IV patients mainly showed Yang deficiency(Qi and yang deficiency of heart yang deficiency, two, heart and kidney yang deficiency).Conclusion: The maintenance of chronic heart failure pathogenesis of hemodialysis patients with the superficiality,focus on Qi deficiency.With the progression of gradual change of Yang,phlegm and blood stasis, etc. empirical.The disease is located in the heart, spleen, lung, kidney, and the heart is primary.
