Study On The Correlation Between Four Diagnostic Information And Syndromes Of Chronic Heart Failure In 186 Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Purpose：Through the analysis of clinical cases, and to explore the TCM fourdiagnostic information of chronic heart failure disease cause, pathogenesisregularity and the distribution characteristics of syndrome type element andthe characteristic of drug in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), analysis ofheart failure in patients with four diagnostic information related to the mainpathological factors, the relationship between process to better understand thepathogenesis of chronic heart failure. Treatment with clinical actual resultsfurther test of a theory and clinical transformation, to clinical feedback intime, in order to better guide clinical, for further prevention, standardizationof syndrome differentiation and treatment to find new inspiration.Material and method：Using statistical software epidate patient informationcollection table, and the double entry control method of entry, the firstaffiliated hospital of liaoning medical university record room from January2010to December2010to complete cases of hospitalized patients with heart failureis the first diagnosis, single-center retrospective case study method is usedto extract the patient’s four diagnostic information, with reference to theclinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM terms and combining with professionalknowledge probability factor named and explanation. Results：1.Through the principal component analysis method,18common factor dominatedthe main pathological factors of chronic heart failure with qi deficiency, bloodstasis and phlegm turbidity, water to drink, Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency,qi deficiency which factor is most obvious, its frequency is51.6%, and qideficiency and blood stasis, water park and more often to show.2.Ⅱ in cardiac function classification, Ⅲ, Ⅳ magnitude of syndrome elementsmainly qi deficiency, blood stasis, water stop, heart function Ⅱ, Ⅲ alsocommon blood stasis and phlegm turbidity and for disease; Cardiac function gradeⅣ much progress as Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidityinclusions for the disease.3.The use frequency of Chinese medicine poria cocos, astragalus, Chineseangelica, salvia miltiorrhiza, atractylodes, rhizoma ligustici wallichii,cassia twig, herba leonuri, rhizoma alismatis, scallions, white ginseng, Chinesemedicine therapy for replenishing qi and activating blood, water, explored,eliminating phlegm to give priority to.18common factor in statistical analysis,through the analysis conclusion can be concluded that qi deficiency, blooddeficiency, Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, phlegm, dampness, blood stasis,liver, heart, spleen, kidney pathological factors, etc.Conclusion：1.In chronic heart failure cause is given priority to with the lungs infectionin this distribution.
