Objective : In previous animal experiments have confirmed the viewpoints day moxibustion medicine BAIJIEZI Powder who has the effect of the treatment of asthma on the basis of optimal proportion by Acupoint Application, from BAIJIEZI powder to asthma rat airway inflammation pathological change and regulation of the immune factors point of view, to explore the BAIJIEZI Powder spread effect on the treatment of asthma rats,provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of asthma.Methods : SD rats as the research object, according to the weight of the rats,according to the stochastic equilibrium method divided into 4 groups, respectively as the blank control group(group A), asthma model group(group B), acupoint sticking apply group(Group C), Budesonide aerosol inhalation group(Group D).Experimental animals 10 rats in each group.According to the experimental procedure, different treatment methods were applied to each group. Collecting specimens after the Rats were put into death.1. In mathematical morphology method, measuring the rat main bronchus and right middle lobe connected the lumen diameter, measuring contrast between groups in the rat bronchial lumen diameter size to observe BAIJIEZI powder speckle effects on asthmatic rat airway spasm.2. By HE staining, the contrast was observed by light microscopy 4 groups rats lung tissue inflammatory cell infiltration, bronchial epithelial cells shedding, bronchial lumen sticky bolt secretion, airway edema and stenosis degree and so on,according to the established evaluation criteria and the corresponding indicators for analysis of statistics,intuitive reflect BAIJIEZI powder acupoints were applied to the improvement of the airways of the asthma rat inflammatory conditions.3. Using immunohistochemical method, to observe the expression of IL-4 and IFN-?distribution in the lung tissue of rats, by the gray value analysis, judge white mustard powder to adjust the imbalance of immunity in asthmatic rats.Results:1. The model was successfully concluded: compared with the blank control group, the asthma model group had significant changes in the symptoms and pathological changes,which suggested that the model was successful.2. Rat bronchial lumen diameter comparison results:the mean contrast,acupoint application group > in the budesonide group > blank control group > asthma model group,through analysis of variance P>0.05,think four groups of rats with bronchial lumen diameter number comparison, generally speaking,no significant difference.3. By observing the HE staining, the lung tissue pathological observation of single index analysis found that: asthma model group compared with blank control group, P <0.01, significant difference; In the airway inflammatory infiltrates, bronchial epithelial cell falls off and thickening of alveolar interval degree, compared with group B, group C and group D, P > 0.05, no difference; Bronchial tube cavity adhesion in rats bolt secretion,compared with group A and group B,P < 0.01, significant difference; Group C compared with group B, P < 0.01, significant difference, group D compared with group B, P > 0.05,no significant difference; In the terminal bronchioles, edema in rats and occlusion,compared with group B, group C and group D, P<0.05, there are differences. Five indicators of pathological observation the accumulative total, compared with group A and group B,P < 0.01, significant difference was found in the overall, compared with group B,group C and group D,P < 0.01, significant difference was found in the overall, group C compared with group D,P>0.05, illustrate two treatment methods comparative indifference.4. The lung tissue IL-4 and IFN-? expression analysis of test results: the positive expression of test result on inflammatory cell cytoplasm IL-4 positive expression in grey value analysis, compared with group A and group B,P < 0.01, significant difference; Group C compared with group B, P > 0.05, no difference; Group D compared with group B, P <0.05, there are differences. On pulmonary interstitial cell cytoplasm IL-4 positive expression in grey value analysis, compared with group A and group B,P < 0.05, there are differences; Compared with group B, group C and group D,P>0.05, no difference. Of inflammatory cells in the cytoplasm of IFN-? positive expression of grey value analysis,compared with group A and group B,P < 0.01, significant difference; Compared with group B, group C and group D,P < 0.01, significant difference. On pulmonary interstitial cell cytoplasm of IFN-? positive expression of grey value analysis, compared with group A and group B,P > 0.05, no difference; Compared with group B, group C and group D,P < 0.01,significant difference.Conclusion:1. This experiment used molding methods can be caused by rat airway inflammatory cell infiltration, bronchial epithelial cell shedding, bronchial lumen adhesive anchors secretion, bronchial edema and occlusion, pulmonary interstitial widened and promote the expression of IL-4 in lung tissue of rats, inhibit IFN gamma, consistent with asthma, the pathological changes, suggesting that successful modeling.2. White mustard acupoint paste deposited and Budesonide aerosol inhalation of bronchodilator, relieve the asthmatic rat airway spasm, but change range is not big.3. White mustard powder acupoint compress with budesonide inhalation on asthmatic rats pathological changes obviously, treatment effect is remarkable and the comparison of two treatment methods. There was no significant difference Both of them can significantly reduce the end of the end of the rat bronchial edema and occlusion. In relieving asthma rat bronchial lumen in mucus secretion, white mustard seed powder acupoint sticking is obviously better than that of Budesonide aerosol inhalation.4. The expression of IL-4 and IFN-? in the inflammatory cells was significantly higher than that in the cytoplasm of interstitial cells. White Mustard Powder acupoint application and budesonide inhalation can reduce the expression of IL-4 in asthma rats and can improve the expression of IFN-? in asthmatic rats. In the regulation of IL-4 and budesonide atomization inhalation is better than white mustard powder acupoint application; in the regulation of IFN-?, no significant difference between the two.5. White mustard powder acupoint dressing in the treatment of asthma curative effect is exact, and Western medicine budesonide inhaled contrast, there was no significant difference in curative effect.
