Comparative Study Of Reinforcing The Spleen And Kidney,Removing Residual Evil For Triple Negative Breast Cancer After Operation

Objective:To study the triple negative breast cancer(triple negative breastcancer,TNBC)in patients with symptoms of TCM syndrome distribution,frequency variation and differentiation of symptoms and signs,the centering on strengthening the spleen and kidney is heavy,with heat clearing and detoxifying,eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis and anti cancer,to explore thetraditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation of different treatment methods on patients with symptoms and the quality of life,local recurrence,distant metastasis,the disease free survival and overall survival.Methods:We collected from patients who met the inclusion criteria,in accordance with the patients divided into 3 groups:group 1:postoperative chemotherapyafter the end of follow-up,no other treatment;group 2:pure Chinese medicinetreatment of postoperative radiotherapy after chemotherapy;3 groups:postoperative chemotherapy after the end of the centralizer and remove evilcombination treatment;and fill out the "evaluation function of cancer therapy for breast cancer scale FACT-B4 version of" telephone follow-up or site,were retrospectively and prospectively binding,data complete,the classification of clinical acquisition targets are entered into the database,package for statisticalanalysis by SPSS 17.0 software,count data using X2 test,measurement data of two two compared with t test,to compare the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on patients' quality of life,survival,efficacy,chemotherapy toxicityreflect etc..Results:1 of the patients,three negative breast cancer of 84 cases,78 cases ofcomplete follow-up.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy are mainly CEF,D,TAC,TA and TC,wherein CEF ? D scheme for all 52%solutions,suggesting that clinical treatment of the disease with a taxane,anthracycline.2.triple negative breast cancer patients after the main symptoms were fatigue(79.5%),pale tongue,thin white fur(53.8%),hectic fever night sweat(50%),(46.1%),poor,dry stool(43.6%),restlessness(38.5%)loose stool(34.6%),upper extremity edema(33.3%),waist and knee pain(33.3%),dark complexion(29.5%)performance,and after treatment,the spleen kidney two empty(50.9%),phlegm,stasis,toxin and inclusion(49.1%)and evil.3.the outpatient department and wards of regular medication on three negativewith traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer with Spleen Qi,dampness,heat clearing and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,soothing liver and invigorating spleen.4.the study of local recurrence in 12 cases,9 cases with distant metastasis,5 cases of death,through the test analysis:Chinese medicine treatment may decrease the rate of distant metastasis(X2=15.8,P=0.001<0.05),while Chinese medicine of different treatment had no obvious effect on distant metastasis;for the local recurrence rate(P =0.5>0.05)and mortality(P=0.87>0.05)has no obvious influence.5.triple negative breast cancer metastasis to liver,bone,9 cases of transfer time was 21.2 ±19.8 months,because the sample volume of three sets of data is too small,can not reflect the relationship between time and treatment method ofdistant metastasis;metastasis in 9 patients,menopause for 6,The menopausal status may have a certain relation with metastasis.6.three groups of patients with functional assessment scores showed no statistical significance of social/family status,emotional status,functional status and other physiological status differences,P=0.003<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicated that the Chinese medicine treatment mayimprove the health of patient.Conclusion:through the dialectical analysis found that three negative breastcancer patients in the spleen and kidney deficiency type accounts for a larger proportion,can be mixed with phlegm,stasis,toxin positive;further treatment to determine clinical of three negative breast cancer to chemotherapy,the mainselection of anthracycline and taxane,while the age of patients in our hospital is generally bigger the reason may be,and seek treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the elder too much;three negative breast cancer patients the mainsymptoms were fatigue(79.5%),pale tongue,thin white fur(53.8%),hectic fever night sweat(50%),(46.1%),poor,dry stool(43.6%),restlessness(38.5%)so,traditional Chinese medicine aimed at reinforcing the spleen and kidney,Qi,proper treatment and pernicious influence;Chinese medicine treatment may decrease the rate of distant metastasis,but the different treatment of tonifying spleen and kidney or spleen kidney and more evil on distant metastasis withoutaffecting,and suggests that the recurrence rate of traditional Chinese medicineand has no effect on mortality;traditional Chinese medicine treatment mayimprove the physiological status in three negative breast cancer chemotherapy,reduce the toxic side reflect,relieve the clinical symptoms.
