Study On The Individual Tacit Knowledge Evaluation Index System Of Chinese Medicine Doctor

With the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of the reform of medical and health system,The government has increased protection and support of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine),The scale of Chinese medicine education is also larger and larger every day.However,the development of TCM did not achieve the desired effect.Instead,TCM health care market is in ceaseless atrophy.TCM clinical treatment means are fading away gradually.The experiences of old and famous doctor have not been fundamentally inherited.These issues have caused us to worry about TCM inheritance and development.In fact,these issues have relationship with that we ignore the education and management of TCM tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge is the core part of TCM knowledge.In this paper,through analysis of TCM individual tacit knowledge concept and characteristics draw on the research results and experience of evaluation of tacit knowledge in management,education,psychology and so on.We built the structural model of the TCM individual tacit knowledge.This article mainly uses the method of literature research and expert consultation to selected 34 specific measurement indexes and the method of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.Through excel and SPSS software for data processing,a scientific and reasonable TCM individual tacit knowledge evaluation index system has been constructed.This research will accelerate TCM individual tacit knowledge explicit;improve the efficiency of TCM heritage greatly.And it can provide a scientific reference for reforming the higher education talents training mode,culturing TCM postgraduates’ ability of research and innovation and formulating the standard of TCM medical and health institutions of Talents introduction.
