Clinical Research On Yangyin Xifeng Capsule's Treatment Of Yin And Blood Stasis Cerebral Infarction Patients With Type ? Diabetes

Objective: To observe the nourishing yin deficiency and blood stasis Xifeng Capsules for the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes clinical efficacy and safety clinical applications, and to explore the Yin and blood stasis cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes pathogenesis according to Chinese medicine theory treatment of the disease mechanism of nourishing yin and Xifeng capsule machines.Methods: The 64 patients met the inclusion criteria deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases. Treatment group and control group patients had no significant difference in terms of gender, disease duration, age, underlying disease, the disease distribution. The control group with conventional western medicine; treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, giving Yangyin Subareas, 1 five times, three times a day, half an hour after meals warm water; 8 weeks for a course, the end of treatment after the two groups were compared before and after treatment symptom score, TCM syndrome, individual symptoms and signs of TCM, NIHSS score, neurologic impairment efficacy and laboratory indicators, the results were statistically analyzed and efficacy safety evaluation.Results: shedding three cases, the treatment group after treatment, more than 31 cases in the control group 30 cases. Thus confirming Yangyin Xifeng Huoxuetongluo Treating deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes reliability.
