The Clinical Observation Of The Functional Dyspepsia With The Liver-Stomach Disharmony Treated By Shiweichaizhe-Decoction

Objective: By observing the clinical curative effect on the Functional dyspepsia with incoordination between the liver-stomach disharmony treated by S Shiweichaizhe-decoction,to get comprehensive evaluations from the aspects the improvement of the accumulating points of TCM symptom,clinical safety as well as the incidence and recurrence rate of the adverse reactions,we can get the primary assessment of clinical therapeutic effectiveness and safety.and explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the medical treatment of the disease.Methods:Met the inclusion criteria,The Selective patients were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups of patients were given the general treatment,except it,the general treatment of the treatment group was given Shiweichaizhe-decoction,provided by Chinese medicine hospital in henan province,and unified fried by the medicine decocting machine,into 200 ml bags,one bag each time,morning and evening orally everyday;the control group received treatment by mosapride citrate capsule,5mg,3 times a day,and can take it orally.Both groups was observed 4 weeks,after the end of treatment for the two groups of patients at week 12 visit.and Observe changes of indexes before and after treatment and make an analysis of the statistical indicators.Results:Clinical observation showed: firstly,the study included 72 cases,fall off in12 cases.There are 30 cases in the treatment group,while 30 cases in the control group after testing.The results of statistic analysis showed that the two groups before treatment have no obvious differences in age,disease duration,gender(P > 0.05),therefore,it is comparable;secondly,the comparison of 2 traditional Chinese Medicine curative effect: the total efficiency of 90% treatment group was much better than the control group the total efficiency of 76.67%,there are significant statistical t differences in the efficacy of the two groups(P < 0.05),which showed that the Shiweichaizhe-decoction in the treatment of the Functional dyspepsia with the liver-stomach disharmony in patients with clinical efficacy is significantly better than mosapride citrate capsule.Thirdly,The effect of the treatment group in improving patients bloating,hypochondriac pain,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,belching,constipation and other aspects of the superior to the control group,while the results of statistic analysis showed that the two group in improving Lowness of spirits and full of sigh have no significant difference.Fourthly,afterwards each patient in two groups was questioned about past treatment for 12 weeks at the end of treatment.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and it showed that Shiweichaizhe-decoction has more advantages in the long-term curative effect.Conclusion:Shiweichaizhe-decoction for the effective prescription treatment the Functional dyspepsia with the liver-stomach disharmony,Compared with the western medicine,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.and significantly shorter time control and treatment,reduce the cost of treatment,no adverse reactions.It worth clinical promotion.
